Living Room with Hardwood floors - Royal Mauian, Kihei, Maui, HI - Hawaii Condo Rental - Luxurious Oceanfront! "Aloha nui loa" from the Valley Island of Maui! Our oceanfront apartment, containing approximately 1000 square feet on the 3rd floor, is completely and tastefully furnished in every respect. The living room and dining room displays hand-painted Chinese murals, Chinese carpet, and other oriental artifacts. The master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, fronting the ocean with breath taking sunsets and the second bedroom containing twin beds, fronting Haleakala, the worlds largest dormant volcano with spectacular sunrises. The spacious lanai is an ideal spot for informal dining, cocktails, whale or turtle watching, or just enjoying the colorful Hawaiian sunsets. There are overhead fans located in each room for silent cooling comfort. While a telephone is provided with a master bedroom extension, it is recommended that guests provide their own long distance calling card. Housekeeping with weekly maid service is provided. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Exceptions may be made upon approval of owner.

High Season-(Dec 01-Apr 30)-$240/night for double occupancy(2).
Low Season-May 01-Nov 30)-$190/night for double occupancy (2).
Weekly Rates ............ $1,330-$1,680/week for double occupancy.
There is a $15/Night Charge for Each Additional Person Over the Basic (2)
Double Occupancy. No Charge for Children Under Two Years of Age. 10% Discount
for 30 Days or More. There is a 11.41% Hawaii State & Occupancy Tax. Full Rental
Payment is to Be Remitted Approximately 30 Days Prior to Occupancy. A $350.00
rental deposit is required to secure a reservation. 14 night Minimum
