Jubilation Cottage is a 3BR/3BA home barely steps away from Rosemary Beach town square (78 Tuckers Lane, Rosemary Beach, FL. 32461, US).
The first floor opens to the kitchen, dining and living room. On this floor the bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the bathroom with the main floor. That opens to the large back deck. The second floor has the two queen bedrooms, each with their own private bath, and private balcony.
30A Cottages provides all your concierge needs through our exclusive concierge partner LiveWell Bikes. Including but not limited to: bike and golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf and Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations and spa services. The list goes on and on while vacationing with 30A Cottages and Concierge call us for anything you wish!
Direct flights are available from the new Panama City Beach (ECP) airport (only 20 minutes away). The Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) is now flying direct from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando also! Remember to ask about available airport transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 5% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
