Would Stay Here Again!

I have never written a review about somewhere we have stayed and we are extremely picky when it comes to where we stay when we go on vacation. We usually rent houses, but there were only four of us going so we decided to stay at a condo. This condo is BEAUTIFUL. It is centrally located to wonderful restaurants, shopping, fresh seafood and of course it is right on the beach. I can't complain about anything where this condo is concerned except that we could only stay a week. Pick this condo and you will NOT be disappointed, we certainly weren't. We took both of our children (a teenage boy and a preteen boy) and they never complained about being bored and they both loved the condo. The ultimate compliment is that we would stay here again and probably will our next trip to Panama City Beach. A couple suggestions: be prepared to wait on the elevators, definitely get donuts at Thomas' (about a 1/4 mile west from condo), and take lots of sunscreen.

5 Star Resort

Staying at Celadon Beach is like being at a 5 star resort. The condo is beautfully decorated, super clean, and with our crew we appreciated the full size laundry room/fully equipped kitchen. . The sunsets from the balcony are fabulous. This is truly right on the beach! We did some fishing during the day, watched the stars at night and enjoyed going down to look for sand crabs!! Pier Park is a wonderful shopping experience, and the kids loved riding the trolley around town. We cannot wait to go back next summer. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a fantastic vacation home, and for making the reservation process/answering all of our questions such an enjoyable/smooth experience!

We spent a lot of time looking around for accommodations in the Panama City Beach area. We wanted it on the beach and an area that would give our teens something to do. After several days of internet searches looking into numerous condos, I found the posting for this wonderful condo. We booked it immediately! The photos are nice, but I must say that it was even better in person! First off, it was spotlessly clean - very important for us! Next, it was absolutely adorable, adorable in the Florida style you want for your vacation. The kitchen was shockingly well stocked for cooking, and baking, blending, whatever you want to do, you could do it in this kitchen! We love it here! Dealing with the owner was easy and I am happy to say this is the best place to stay in this area. It was hard to leave! I don't give 5 stars easily and this rating was super easy to give, I would give it 6 stars if i could!

Loved this condo

My family and I stayed at the condo from aug 21 to aug 28. The condo was very clean. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful! Everything about the condo was great. The only complaint that I would have would be the mattress in the master bedroom, not very comfy. But other than that everything was awesome and we would love to come stay at this condo again.

If you are looking for a place that is quite and beautiful,this is the place.The location is near Jimmy Buffetts (Margaritaville) and Pier Park.All the seafood restuarants are within minutes of the condo.The condo itself is worth the stay,right on the beach,the walkover from the parking deck is great never get wet (if it's raining).I hopefully will stay here again,The owner has been great with everything you need, Thanks

Vacationing with Teenagers

LOVED the condo and the location. Our stay was excellent. Pictures didn't do it justice!! We had never been to PCB before and weren't sure what to expect. Our usual vacation spot was Navarre Beach and Destin. We were so impressed with our condo and PCB that we plan on staying here next year!!!! Our kids loved the condo being directly on the beach and being close to all the activities!!

We are staying at Celadon the lst week of July. Owner contacted us to be sure everything was OK with condo and all expectations were met. We have read the comments by another renter, and just can't imagine who could find any fault with this property. Upon our arrival, the condo was impecably clean. We love being able to leave the complex and not be bothered by all of the traffic. We are close enough to do what we want, when we want, and still have peace and quite during the early evening throughout the night. Maybe some people are just never happy?? At any rate, thanks to Roxanne for wanting to be sure our rental is definitely a 10 in our eyes. PS This is our 2nd trip to stay at this condo. Love it! Can't say enough about it. Love bringing our kids and mother with us too. It more than fits our needs.

Summer Vacation

The condo is decorated beautifully. The pics are completely accurate. Staying on the 6th floor is great because the elevators are really slow. We had several issues on cleanliness. Pier park is about 2 miles away and visiting Thomas' Dounuts is a must. You will need to get there early or you will have to wait in line. There isn't much close to the condo location. If you need ice or something small you can walk across the street to another resorts store.

Owner response:We appreciate Angie taking the time to voice her concerns. Our unit is cleaned and then reviewed by a supervisor prior to our guests arrival. We were aware that they were wanting to check in early, and we are unsure if this is why she has voiced a cleanliness issue. This is the only complaint during the 3 years that our cleaning crew has been cleaning for us. We personally love the location and feel like it is very convenient to everything with easy access to the highway. We don't want to be close to the bar traffic and night clubs. We are a family-oriented complex. We love the quiet, relaxing atmospher at Celadon. We hope that the many other extremely positive comments will out weigh Agnie's comments.

I organized a girl's getaway, so we wanted something more conducive to girl time than a hotel. When I looked for condos, I kept coming back to this one. And I'm so glad I did. It was fantastic condo, well decorated, very comfortable. The beach view is perfect, the sunsets were perfect and we had a perfect gewaway. We didn't want to leave!!! And we can't wait to go back.

Asked many questions (had a previous bad expeirence) and they were all answered honestly. This is a perfect location for a family with children, just adults or a family who desires to bring Grandparents to the beach. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived, and I can't think of anything that we did not enjoy. the pictures are accurate. We were very close to Pier Park and the trollies were a lot of fun to use for travel. The view is awesome! The restaurants were great! We'll defnitely be back! Our vacation was late fall 2010.
