Seasons Dream is located on the Grand Reserve gated community of only 110 elegant homes surrounded by wetlands and Lake Thomas. Newly completed in 2004, and occupied mainly by permanent residents, this area is becoming one of the Disney areas finest home locations. Within minutes I-4 gives access to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the many shopping and restaurant areas around the US192 corridor. Having a direct outlook over the wetlands and lake gives exceptional opportunities for viewing the local Florida wildlife.
This spacious, 3100 square feet, Non-Smoking villa is elegantly furnished throughout with a family room, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, breakfast nook, formal dining room, games room, four themed bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a very large covered lanai, an extra large pool deck with private pool and hot tub and a garage.
The family room includes a feature fireplace and the main entertainment system with a 50 inch plasma screen TV with DVD/VCR and theater surround sound. A separate radio/CD system allows music to be played independently in several rooms and on the pool deck. A selection of DVD and Videos is provided.
The bedrooms are themed to the seasons of the year -
Spring - twin room, with white wrought iron beds, and decorated in the pastel colours of warm spring sunshine.
Summer - The hazy days of summer and the Fourth of July are reflected in the red, white and blue colour scheme of this bunk bedroom which sleeps four and is perfect for that sleep-over.
Autumn - The vibrant rustic colours of a New England Fall are the theme for this queen-size room.
Winter - Early 20th century elegance in the black and gold of a bygone era in this king-size master suite.
All of the bedrooms have TVs with either DVD or VCR combinations. The PlayStation 2 is fitted in the Summer bedroom.
The games room has a full-size pool table which is also marked out and equipped for English snooker. Air Hockey ,Football tables. A Wii system with games on a 42" plasmar TV There is also a full selection of traditional board games and a selection of books, DVDs and videos.
Outside in the sunshine is the extra large pool deck with the 34 x l8 foot pool, separate hot tub with transparent wall feature and an abundance of deck furniture for outdoor living. Outside the pool screen is a separate 14 x 10 feet wooden elevated deck area looking out over the wetlands and Lake Thomas.
Under the covered lanai are the gas barbecue, the tables and chairs for alfresco dining and the outside TV and sound system. For the smaller traveller a full-size cot with bedding, high chair, stroller and other small items are provided. The villa is fitted with both a pool and house security alarm system. A local management company resolves any problems on a 24/7 basis.

Hello, I am Linda Tilston and I have been renting property in the Disney area for over 15 years. My family and I are huge Disney fans and visit the area, staying in both of our villas, several times a year.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Reserve
We have previously owned other property in the Disney area but chose to move to Grand Reserve due to the villas fantastic position over looking the natural lake and the peaceful nature of the estate whilst still being close to the Disney Parks.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Before we owned our own villa we stayed in several hotels, apartments and rental villas. We found the rental villas to have only very basic amenities especially in the kitchens. So, when setting up our own villas we wanted to make them feel like a home away from home. We stay in both our villas regularly and enjoy updating the decor and equipment within them.

This was our 6th visit to Orlando and 2nd time staying at Seasons Dream as no other villa has matched it's wonderful location and excellent amenities. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home, as soon as you walk through the door. The owners go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you could possibly need. It was 5 years since we had last visits Orlando and Seasons Dream, and in that time the villa has been maintained to such a high standard that there was no sign of ageing, in fact it was even better equipped than before! We travelled with our son and daughter aged 23 and 21 years and could combine a few parks with complete relaxation by the pool villa and spa which was heated for our stay. If you have young children or are two families, you will find the accommodation has everything you need with extra large pool, games room. pool table and games console. If you book to stay over the Christmas period as we did, the villa is decorated both internally and externally and we arrived to twinkling lights and a very festive feel, with temperatures warm and sunny. We cannot recommend this villa enough and will definitely return in the future as we know we can be guaranteed a genuine service of care from the owners and a villa that surpasses all of our requirements.

This villa is superb! It is exactly as described on the site - a real home-from-home, well equipped and with a high standard of decor and furnishings. The location suited us perfectly as it was close to the road network and amenities but within a quiet and peaceful sub-division. The villa itself has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife and using the pool area which was secluded and private.

My family has rented homes for vacationing at Disney several times. This was by far the best experience yet! The house was immaculate with absolutely everything we needed. The kids and adults alike were wow'd by the home and loved the quick drive to disney. The owners were so great to deal with- they answered our questions quickly and were very helpful. The photos are accurate, but whet you don't see it the professional decor in each room- absolutely lovely! I've already recommended this home to my friends.

We have been fortunate enough to have holidayed in Season's Dream three times and are due to return for a fourth visit in 2013. It is an amazing villa. The attention to detail never ceases to amaze us. As you can guess by the villa name, it is themed around the seasons. This theme is carried through the rooms, popping up in ornaments and pictures: the attention to detail is astounding. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and provides any family with a luxurious and memorable stay. The pool area is larger than average and overlooks Lake Thomas, providing nature lovers an opportunity to observe the natural Floridian wildlife. My husband continually topped up a number of the bird feeders that are also supplied by the villa. Our children who are aged 8 and 12 have never been bored and are as happy to spend a day in, rather than go to a theme park. The villa is very well equipped to occupy any age of child, with its video games, pool table, swimming pool + toys, games room, HD TV + movies-the list could go on and on. The management company, who look after the villa are a phone call away and are very friendly and helpful. The Disney parks are about 15 to 30 minutes away and the local supermarket, Publix, is five minutes' drive away. Thank you Linda, for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa. We look forward to our return in 2013.

As wonderful as the website photo's are, they truly do not do justice to the beauty and practicality of Linda's home!! We did not want for a single thing and everything provided, from dishes, furnishings, entertainment, etc., was first class. The pool and lanai were used every day of our 3 week stay, and by the end of it, Seasons Dream really felt like " our home ". Indeed, we tried to book for the month of March, 2012, but missed the opportunity by 2 days!! What a wonderfully equipped, lovely villa. It is so comfortable that we spent more days than planned just relaxing by the pool. It is really conveniently located and we loved the view across the lake. Would love to go back next year but already have a large family holiday in France planned so hopefully we'll be back in 2012!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, well-appointed home. Everything was well maintained and a lot of thought given to detail. It was the perfect retreat for our family and so nice to return to after long, hot days at the parks. We really enjoyed the pool, especially in the evenings with the pool lights turned on. It is located very close to the Walt Disney World theme parks and easy to find our way around. Would recommend this home and hope we can return some day.
