This beautiful 3 BR 2 Bath condo is ready for your vacation! Enjoy the oceanfront balcony, while sipping on your morning coffee, or dine out, and enjoy the view from this 6th floor unit. Located in North Myrtle Beach, this family friendly resort has a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, and direct walkway to the beach. The 2 charcoal grills, hot tubs, and a small gym, round out a wonderful vacation spot.
All bedrooms and living room have flat panel TV's. Living has has 42" Vizio flat screen TV, fireplace, sofa ( with sleeper) and 2 occasional chairs. The sleeping accommodations are 1 queen in Master bedroom ( 36" flat screen with DVD & VCR) with a slider door to balcony, second bedroom has 1 queen bed,( 32" flat screen TV with DVD) third bedroom has 2 twins, ( 22" flat screen).
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit.
There is an indoor pool + hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool; 2 charcoal grills; and a small gym.
Waterpointe II is located only 7 blocks from Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops & restaurants. Enjoy live theater at the Alabama Theater, concerts at the House of Blues, tour Alligator adventure, a favorite for the whole family, and spend many evenings strolling through Barefoot sampling the many restaurants there: T-Bonz , the Flying Fish, Salsarita's are a few of the favorites.
Our Property Manager, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals, will present you with a discount card offering savings on local golf courses and restaurants, during your stay. They will also provide you with the best GOLF PACKAGES on the Grand Strand. About 15 minutes further South is Broadway at the Beach, which offers major attractions like Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX theater, the new in 2011, WonderWorks, featuring over 100 hands-on exhibits; the upside down house, 74 MPH hurricane winds, space shuttle, 360-degree virtual roller coaster. Also new is the Pirate themed ropes challenge and a Zip Line Adventure.
New in June 2011 the Dixie Stampede has taken on a totally new look with over $11 million dollars in upgrades to transform this attraction to the new Pirates Voyage, with a Pirate feast included in this dinner showplace.
