Enjoy panoramic views of Choctawhatchee Bay from this unit. This two bedroom/two bath offers a king size bed in the master with a huge garden tub in the bathroom. The living area has a sleeper sofa. The unit has a full size kitchen fully equipped. The adjoining room which is a lock off studio has two full beds, a full bath and a lovely kitchenette to meet those morning coffee needs or a cold drink kept in your mini refrigerator. Toast your bagel and you are ready to go sit outside on your balcony and watch the action. You can see the Sandestin Marina at a distance and watch the various crafts taking off. On a calm and clear day, you may be able to spot the dolphins following the boats. Le Ceil is situated on the bay and no building is closer to the bay than the Le Ceil! Views from your unit are incredible. Additional sitting areas are available in the glassed atrium area to enjoy the bay regardless of weather or just visiting with other guests and friends.

The Le Ceil is located a couple of miles from The Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Marina where you can rent kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats, etc. It is also a couple of miles from the private beach of the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort where you can enjoy snow like sand and the emerald water of our coast. The resort has 3 public golf courses. One, the Links Golf Course, is right across the way from the Le Ceil; walking distance. You can also enjoy tennis at the tennis center for a fee. With the Village right across the bay and about a mile in driving distance you have restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment available for your evening entertainment. The walk down the spacious sidewalks to the Village offer views of Florida's wildlife, lakes, bays, condos--all that makes Sandestin a resort to enjoy.
If you are attending a conference or a wedding at the Bayside Conference Center or at the Grand Sandestin Conference Center this would be a perfect unit for you to rent. It is certainly a price performer!

To reserve the unit, please email us. The prices quoted are for 2012. To rent, please add onetime $95.00 cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida tax. We also require a $65 processing fee which provides $1500.00 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks and money orders--We also accept Master Card, Discover, and Visa with a 3% service charge. A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
