We stayed at The Little Indian in March, as I can not say enough good things about the house. We fit 16 comfortably, with everyone having a bed. All of the appliances are brand new and top of the line, and the kitchen is also top notch. The house is situated next to a vacant lot so there is a lot of room for kids to run around. There is a pool behind the house, an a larger, community pool across the street. It's only about a 3 minute walk to the beach from the front door, and you pass right by a gas station. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks James. It was a pleasure to have you at Three Little Indians. I really appreciate you guys being so respectful of our little piece of paradise! Let me know if we can ever accomodate you guys again.

I hesitate to write an honest review because then I'm afraid this house won't be available next time we want it! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Convenient location, great neighborhood, short walk to the beach, adorable decorations, plenty of space, and so easy to book. I am already planning our next trip!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Amy! I promise to do my best to always accomodate a repeat renter ;) You guys were a pleasure to work with and we hope to see you at Three Little Indians again soon!

We had a very nice stay at this house and Tracey, the owner, was great to work with. The location of the house was ideal as it was an easy bike ride into Seaside, well within walking distance to the beach, a very short walk to the Tom Thumb convienence store and a short drive to Publix. Everything was close by. The house is very clean with a very new feel to it and it was well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were surprised how cool and refreshing the pool was as I was thinking it would be like bath water going down in the 1st part of July but it wasn't at all. The bedrooms each offer good privacy. All in all I was very pleased and would stay there again no questions asked.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks so much for the kind review! We are always working to improve the house and look forward to you staying at 3 Little Indians again if you find yourself in the area!

Annually, we take a trip with another couple that we work with. This year, the panhandle was the destination. We looked at a variety of houses, and landed on this one. It was a great fit. With a 9 month baby in tow, we wanted a place that would give the other couple a chance at a quiet night's sleep. The way the house is arranged, each family had their own space. It is a spacious home, well appointed, and close to everything. However, the best feature this house has to offer is the owner. Tracy was available by text to answer questions, make suggestions, and lend a hand. We arrived at the same time Tropical Storm Debby arrived and had a couple of rainy days cooped up inside. She sent over games and puzzles for us to do while we waited for the storm to pass. Tracy, you are a marvelous long-distance hostess. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Awe! Thanks so much Mary! It makes it easy when the renters are so great! I'm so glad the weather cleared out for you guys after a few days. I love our house rain or shine, but, naturally, the beach is the reason to come to the panhandle, so I'm happy you got to experience our sugary sand beaches and clear waters. If you find yourselves in the area again, give me a call!

Each year, we have about four couples that meet up to spend a long weekend at the beaches of South Walton. Our typical house was booked and this was a new location for us, although hesitant at first, the home met our needs along with some welcomed treats. Each couple was able to have their own room and more importantly, their own bathroom. We completely underestimated how important and nice it is to have your own private pool to come back to after a day at the beach. The beach is such an easy walk, no need for a golf cart or car to get there. As you walk to the beach, you pass by a Tom Thumb store where you can easily pick up any other items that you need to fill your cooler for the day. The house was stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchenware, towels and such (in the past we have stayed at places where we had to go and stock back up on dish soap, toilet paper, etc). The only thing missing was a blender to make our frozen drinks and the owner was kind enough to purchase a very nice one upon our request and brought it by- right away. The owner asked if we had recommendations of anything else for the house, and I suggested a smaller cutting board as the one there was a very large marble slab that I was worried about breaking. We did have a little trouble with the air in the main part of the house (all of the rooms were cool) and the manager did send someone out to address the issue. If you have young children, they will be entertained as the home is filled with DVD's and games to keep them busy. Please note that a charcoal grill is listed, but it is actually an electric grill. Overall, a wonderful stay with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Additional tip, buy all drinks and such already cold when you stock up the fridge. A great place to get away from it all!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for the kind review! As you could tell, we aim to please :) I really appreciated your suggestions. As the first renters in the 2012 season, we knew we needed a few more things for the house. The house "make-over" this season meant there were many items thrown out and replaced. The charcoal grill was one of those items as the old rusted out. We have since replaced that as well. I went out the day you guys checked out and bought a few small cutting boards too. I hope to see you guys again in the future and thanks for being so understanding as we felt our way into the new rental season!!!
