Unique property in Historic Downtown Basalt. Delightful Victorian cottage with 2 detached guest houses. Rent just the main house OR main house plus one or two of the guest quarters. (You will be the only guests when you reserve this property -we don't rent out the units to different guests, so you will have privacy). This property is utterly charming! The main house and the guest houses have been lovingly restored and furnished with period antiques. The kitchen is state of the art and the baths are very nice as well. Each guest house has a queen bed and a bath. One guest house has a sitting room with sofa bed and wet bar. In the summer, enjoy sitting on the back porch and take in the lovely fruit tree landscaping. You can walk to downtown Basalt in 5 minutes from this historic 'Old Town' neighborhood.
