This unit is located on the top floor, 23rd floor (Penthouse Level) and has unbelievable panoramic views! Treasure Island is strategically angled for a spectacular 10 mile beach front view of the Emerald Coast. When looking at the water below, it is easy to spot schools of rays, fish and dolphins swimming by. You are perfectly positioned for each night’s incredible sunset. The front view on the way to our unit is equally incredible showing the local backwaters of Grand Lagoon, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and the pass (inlet). This condo is privately owned and we have taken great pride in furnishing it elegantly, yet comfortably. It is an oversized 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with built in bunks off the dining room. This is our 2nd home that we only rent some of the time so we keep it in perfect shape and have a super cleaning crew. The layout is very open and has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We have gone above and beyond to make it the easiest vacation ever! Rather than packing everything in your house to bring with you, we have everything you need including but not limited to: *For Outside: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers and sand toys. We also rented 2 chairs and an umbrella beachfront for the year so our guests can use at no additional cost. *Inside: movies, televisions, WIFI, board games, playing cards, puzzles and books. *Kitchen: The tiled kitchen features granite counter tops with a raised bar area with bar stools. It is fully equipped and stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you will need for your stay. It also has all new stainless steel appliances. *Dining room: The dining area seats 6 with a dimmer-controlled chandelier. The bunks are located behind the folding doors off of the dining room. *Bunks: The 2 bunk beds are cleverly concealed behind folding doors adjacent to the dining area. These kid friendly bunks are outfitted with ladder substantial enough for adults too and have upgraded mattresses. *Laundry room: The laundry room is equipped with full-size Frontload washer and dryer set and a smaller refrigerator for the extra drinks and things. It is also where the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and toys are located. Balcony: The oversized 30’ x 9’ foot balcony offers incredible views and plenty of room to move around. There are 2 oversized chairs with ottomans and a love seat with ottoman (ALL with plush Sunbrella cushions) and a dining table that seats 6. If you’re like us, you will end up spending the majority of your time out there, when not on the beach! *Great room: The great room features a 46” Sony LCD flat screen TV and Sony stereo. The TV console is where you will find the puzzles, board games, playing cards and movies. There is plenty of comfortable seating. *Master bedroom: The master is beachfront and has a beautiful king size bed with new 2015 mattress and high thread count sheets, 36” flat screen TV with built in DVD player, sliding doors that open on to the balcony. The custom blinds and drapes have black-out lining which is perfect for sleeping in or keeping the kids asleep while the adults enjoy their mornings or evening on the balcony. *Master bath: The master bath has a cultured marble vanity with dual sinks, ample drawer and under sink storage, an enclosed water closet and large walk in shower with dual shower heads.
Guest bedroom: The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds with Pottery Barn Sea Grass headboards and bedding; high thread count sheets and a 36” TV with built in DVD player.
Guest bathroom: Is adjacent to the guest room and foyer; has cultured marble vanity; ample under sink storage and shelved linen closet.
The Resort: Treasure Island in located at 5004 Thomas Drive. This location is away from all the congestion and traffic, yet still close to MANY restaurants and beach supply stores. It features lush tropical landscaping, fitness room, large pool (which is heated in the cooler months), grilling area with picnic tables, 2 gazebos and Liza’s Poolside Restaurant/Bar. Liza’s is perfect for drinks, snacks, lunch, ice cream, ice (yes, even for coolers), suntan lotion, pool toys, etc. Treasure Island is also within walking distance to 4 good restaurants so no need to drive if you don't want to.

Security/damage deposit of $400 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full rental payment will be forfeited but security deposit will be refunded. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please purchase travel insurance for $39.00 available through this VRBO website.
Full payment for accommodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled and security deposit will be forfeited.

This is the quiet end of Thomas Drive and the laid back end of Panama City Beach. On the East end of Panama City Beach, there is not much traffic, never any crowds, and plenty of places to eat and drink within a mile, several within walking distance.

About the owner: We love the beach and fell in love with this unit the day we saw it. We immediately had it lightly remodeled to make it new again and furnished it the way we wanted it. We have not rented it much in the past but have decided to share it with other's who love the beach and view of the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach when we can't enjoy it.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island: We absolutely love the location as we never have a problem with traffic and we are so close to everything we desire. We can get to many great restaurants without having to drive mor than 2 to 3 minutes. We wanted to be on the beach and the view from our unit is more than we expected.
