Emerald Grande is a harborfront development not a Gulf front. The unit is located on the third floor, eighth level, with a view across the Northwest side of Destin to Choctawhatchee Bay and to the Northeast of the city of Destin. It is a corner unit that is substantially larger than other 3br/3ba units at 1,920 sq ft. It is beautifully decorated and includes three full bedrooms with ceiling fans, three bathrooms, sofa sleeper, extra large living room, and large wrap around balcony. The large, very well appointed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. It has everything you would need to cook a full meal to enjoy on the balcony or in the luxe dining area. It includes washer, dryer and high speed internet. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. The oversize master bath includes tub and separate glass enclosed shower. This is the perfect unit for two or three couples and a few kids to share. The dates listed here are the only dates I have available.
