We had an excellent time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tallahassee that is close to the University and other attractions in the Tallahassee area! The Tallahassee Museum was a treasure to find just down the road from the house - we had a great afternoon at the museum. Next time we will take advantage of the Zip Line Course at the museum as well. It was nice and roomy. The master bedroom/bathroom is great and would easily accommodate someone with mobility problems. The only thing that would make the overall experience better is: 1) more furniture in the living room - another sofa would be great, 2) more towels provided so that there are plenty to not have to be so strategic about washing them, and 3) a double, queen or an additional twin bed in the 4th bedroom would make sense and then the house could accommodate an additional person. We would definitely stay in this home again! The neighbors - Frank and Quincy were awesome as well! I could see myself living in this quaint little neighborhood for sure.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks for the suggestions. We are glad you had a nice stay, this really is an awesome neighborhood.

This house is excellent! The house was clean, new, and had everything we wanted and needed. I stayed there with six undergraduates while doing research in the national forest; the house is beautifully situated near town and near many great natural areas (and it is technically in the forest, and has beautiful flora and fauna right outside). The owners were extremely nice and very reliable. It is really an excellent house and I would certainly stay there again, and recommend it to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you, Chris. We will look forward to your next stay in Tallahassee. I know you and your students put in some hard work while here, but hope you all had a chance to check out the new zip lines in the neighborhood at the Tallahassee Museum.

We recently rented this home as we were in town for a church revival and I must say we were extremely pleased with this home. It was everything it said it was in the description and it looked like the pictures. Maybe even better since pictures are limited. We had everything we needed and had no problems while we stayed there. I definitely look forward to renting this home when we come back. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and spacious home while staying in Tallahassee. The only potential drawback is having to rent if for a week, but the cost is so affordable that it still works.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you.
