2 bedroom,1 bath home located across the street (A1A) from the traffic free beach in Ormond Beach. We are 10 minutes to Ormond Beach's famous drive on beach .
Our home is tastefully decorated for a relaxing, stress free vacation. We offer fully equipped kitchen to include dishwasher, numerous small appliances, along with quality cookware and dinnerware service for 6. You will find comfortable furnishings in living room, including queen size sofa sleeper,great for napping after a full day at the beach! Kick back and watch 32in HD flat screen TV w/Direct TV HD service w/HD recorder, We also offer a Sony DVD player with a varitey of movies, a portable radio/cd player and a choice books to take to beach.
Master Bedroom features new queen size pillow top bed, 27 in tv. with it's own Direct TV receiver. Guest room includes 2 new twin beds, with 19 in tv. Name brand linens and bed pillows provided ,along with beach towels and the beach bag to carry them in.! Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. Lots of space through out the home for your belongings.
Large utility room with full size washer/dryer .Deep sink great for cleaning fish.
1 car enclosed garage, w/plenty of off street parking. Privacy fenced yard with outdoor furniture, Chargrill gas grill w/ grilling acessories and outdoor dinner/service ware . Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided ..beach chairs, lounge chairs. beach umbrella ,sand toys, boogie board, kites , coolers, horsehoes, metal detector, portable gas grill and more! Just bring you swim suit!, Walk or drive to beach. Come home to a quite neighborhood. Centrally located to anything you may want or need.

This was our 1st stay in Ormond by the Sea and the house and the town are just as described. Everyone in Ormond by the Sea was happy to see us the 1st day we were there. It is truly a very friendly community! The property was clean and the kitchen well equiped for our stay. I would absolutely reccomend this to friends and family. We will be returning to the house for future Florida vacations.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

$625.00 weekly (includes tax) $75.00 cleaning fee. $250 security deposit required. Weekly rates are based on a 7 night stay. Less than weekly rates $125.00 per night Check in after 3pm,Check out by 11am. Pets are welcome with a $150.00 pet deposit. Ask about Rates for Daytona Races and Bike Weeks

About the owner: My husband I live in Atlanta Ga. We have just recently purchased our beach bungalow. It has been professionally renovated and furnished with all the comforts of home without the stress. We have plans for adding a swimming pool and patio area We are always upgrading, as the home is not just a 'rental' for us, it is our home away from home.

We have been vacationing in Ormond Beach and surronding area for 20 years. We love the 'old time' beach town feel. We have been blessed to finally have a small piece of paradise on earth.
