Welcome to our cozy beach getaway, waiting for you and your family to have a wonderful vacation. It is a very comfortable home with space to spread out for larger families and groups. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living room with a 52” wide screen TV and DVD player with a variety of movies available, as well as WIFI in the home, each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with extended cable. There is a large covered porch with a picnic table, patio chairs, and a new gas grill! Our street is quiet and our yard is huge providing plenty of room for family gatherings and the kids to play. The beach is only a short golf cart ride away. The Kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and two microwaves. It is also equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, and other small appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Washer and dryer also included in the home.
We know that you will enjoy vacationing in our home this year and making memories that will last a lifetime.
At Ocean Lakes, there is always something to do right at your fingertips in a safe and secure family environment. You will have access to beach basketball courts, sand volleyball courts,
bocce ball, skateboarding, shuffleboard, ping pong, playgrounds, biking, bingo, fresh water and salt water fishing, horseshoes, walking trails, 18- hole miniature golf course, golf cart rentals, Ocean Lakes nature center, ice cream snack bar, meeting rooms, and the recreation center which hosts a newly-built arcade and café all inside the Oceans Lakes community. You can also enjoy swimming in the Olympic size pool or hang out with the little ones at the Splash Zone. And, don’t forget the Ocean Lakes private beach of nearly one mile of soft sand leading to the Atlantic Ocean.
You will need to bring your own bed linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents, and paper products. Cleaning products are provided for you to clean the house at departure. If you leave the house without cleaning, your deposit will be kept for cleaning services ($300).
Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by the rules and regulations. If you have not requested express check in, upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $5/day parking pass fee per vehicle directly to Ocean Lakes. (Express check-in will minimize your check-in time.)
This is a family oriented campground, we do not rent to teenagers or anyone looking for a party house. We only rent to responsible adults who will be in keeping with the family atmosphere of the campground.

The home is very nice. Has a great lot and is located in the one of the best areas of the park. This home is great for a small family. It comes with a new golf cart, which is a big savings. The home was clean and maintained nicely. The home owner is always just a call away with any problem you may run into. Its a great place for a family vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We enjoy the stay, we have always enjoyed Ocean Lakes Campground but just recently sold our camper so this is the first time we have rented. The rental was clean and spacious, the owner had just remodeled in early 2012 with new flooring, closet doors, painting, new T.V.’s in every room, etc., as with all places, even our homes, there is always something to do but we found nothing to complain about. There was everything you needed to prepare meals, had all the small appliances you could possibly use. Our family really enjoyed the long and spacious patio. It had plenty of chairs, 2 tables and large enough for the golf cart (included with the rental) and all the bicycles to stay in the dry. We had 3 cars and there was plenty room for parking in the front and back. The owner was very nice and helpful and just a phone call away. We would definitely consider renting again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was everything as described. Beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. Everything you need to make a great vacation awaits you at this Ocean Lakes home. Very nice, clean and quite rental at ocean lakes. The owners have spent alot of time updating and remodeling this site. We enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming again. We had a great time staying at this property. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful remodeled bedrooms, and floors.The accommodations were wonderful and had all the amenities that you would have at home. The owner was so nice and helpful each time we called with questions. We will stay here again and would recommend it as well.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We chose Ocean Lakes due to the family history and the drive to provide the safest and most family oriented campground available. My parents had a place in North Myrtle beach for over 30 years. I have always passed by but never got the chance to visit Ocean Lakes.
Why the Owner Chose Mobile Home West:
The property is close enough to the beach for a short golf cart ride, and it has a large yard for kids to play. It is located in a quiet area and the lots are spaced further apart.

The home has a covered porch that spans the entire length of the home. The seating outside on the patio area will allow at least 14 people if you want to enjoy the outdoors while spending valuable time with your family. The home has a large living room and enough seating for everyone especially on a rainy day.
