This charming single story, ground level, condominium is the perfect Palm Springs Vacation rental. It is in the resort area of Southern Palm Springs on the way towards Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.
The property is conveniently located on East Waverly Drive by Golf Club Road. Just across the street is the highly regarded Palm Springs Golf and Tennis Club and the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. There are two full championship 18 hole courses, including the famous Arnold Palmer designed tract. No time for golf? Play a few sets of Tennis at our on-site regulation Tennis Courts. The courts are kept in perfect playing condition.
This Non-smoking condo is in the Palm Canyon Villas complex, Phase III which has fifty four privately owned units surrounding the sparkling community Pool and Spa. Step out the gate of our enclosed Patio/Lanai directly down into the Pool.
The master suite has a king-size bed and a separate private patio with cozy secluded seating for two. The interior sleeping area has a firm comfortable full-size double bed, and it's own separate full bathroom with walk-in shower. This room has a movible accordion wall which may be closed for privacy or opened to expand the living area. There is also a convertable love seat in the living room which opens to a single bed.
During the summer of 2004 this property was completely renovated and redecorated with new carpeting and floortiles. Much of the furniture, kitchenware, and decor is all new.
This charming unit is totally turn-key; just bring your toothbrush.

Palm Canyon Villas as always a home away from home. Comfortable for my sitter and 1 1/2 year old to be all day in, to play indoors and outdoors and rest. We wildefinately return next year. Thank you.
