This Biscayne unit offers 1800 sqft of space with 10' ceilings. The living room and master overlook the 32' wide deck with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condo is very nicely decorated with a West Indies motif. There is a King, Queen, Two Twins, and pull out couch for bedding.

We rented this condo for the Labor Day weekend, and found it uncrowded, REALLY nice and well stocked, easy access to beach and pool, LARGE, and very comfortable beds! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, and probably then some! We had a GREAT weekend swimming, beaching, eating, playing with every type of ball imaginable on the beach, and relaxing! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for your next getaway!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Winter snow bird rates run from 12/15 to 3/15 and is $1750.00 per month.
Summer Prime rates are Saturday to Saturday only starting Mid June and ending mid August and is $2000.00 for the week.
Late Spring and Early Fall weekly rates are $1500 for the week.
All rates are plus $250 refundable deposit, 10% Tax and $125 for cleaning

About the owner: Our family has owned at Sterling Beach since new. This is our second home that we enjoy and keep very well maintained. We live in Atlanta.
Why the Owner Chose Sterling Beach:
Panama City Beach has been my families vacation destination for decades and we continue to travel there year after year. It is hard to find a place that offers as much as Sterling Beach. Location is key, being that Sterling Beach is located on the more quiet end of Thomas Drive on the east end of the beach. It is easy to go to the store or out to dinner. Many resorts have the huge complexes with hundeds of units and walkovers to the garage. Not Sterling Beach, here you will find everything is convenient so your stay will be enjoyable.
