  Hi Sheilee! Made it back to Pennsylvania and I just wanted to extend my sincerest thanks for letting us rent/use your cabin this weekend. Everyone in my family was speechless when we got there at how awesome the place is. We had such a great weekend and everyone is already asking when we can go back to Zion again. Again, my sincerest thanks. One of the best weekends my family has ever had.

  We stayed here for a weekend with a large group for my husband's 30th birthday. We had 5 families, all with children ages 3 months-10 years, at the cabin and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms were spaced out just enough to give each family their own privacy. I really liked that since we had a newborn and I did not want him waking others when he cried at night. We also had a child with disabilities in our party, and she had no problem getting around in the cabin. The cabin was beautifully decorated and we never once were bored. The children especially loved the arcade games and the theater room. The hot tub was very popular and overlooked beautiful scenery. I only wish it was not snowing so much when we went, because we would have loved to explore the land outside more. The owners were very kind and were always available to answer any questions we needed answered. We enjoyed our stay so much, and we were very sad to leave. I would definitely recommend staying here. It would be a great place for a family reunion.

  We spent 3 nights in this charming home. We call it the "log mansion." We had 32 people ranging in age from 1 to 78 and everyone was thrilled and delighted with our accommodations. Each married couple had a bedroom to ourselves and most of the younger cousins slept on the floor in the loft. The older cousins slept on the pull out couches--quite comfortable, as they informed me. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games, pool table, air hockey, theater room, and hot tub. The kitchens were well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals for such a large group. Thank goodness for TWO fridges!! We took a family picture with Zion in the background. Beautiful! Sheilee was very responsive to any and all questions and even retrieved a blankie or two that got left behind! (Luckily we were traveling through again a couple of weeks later and could pick them up!) No one wanted to leave. One nicce even suggested we have our reunion there next year again for a MONTH! I would recommend this home to any and all. It was terrific!

  The photos and description of this property could not capture how beautiful it really is. Sheilee was responsive and accomodating to all of our questions and anything that we needed. Our three young children loved playing in the snow, sledding, having fires outside in the fire pit, and taking "hikes" around the property. The views, sunrises and sunsets are incredible. The house offers so much to do inside too...pool table, video games, and great movie room. If you are looking for a relaxing, secluded vacation, I cannot imagine a better place.

  The photos of this beautiful lodge do not do it justice. The views of the interior and the amazing sunsets over Zion are unforgettable. Since we stayed over Christmas, we were so thrilled to see a Christmas Tree waiting there for us in the Great Room. The owners were more than helpful with answering any questions that we may have about our stay before we arrived. Every friend and family member that attended was more than impressed with the bedrooms and felt right at home!

  Our trip was awesome. It is hard to find a place that can accommodate our whole family. Easy to find in a great location. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were better than expected. The calendar will fill out quickly when word gets out how unique this place is.

  We had an excellent time at the rental. It was a beautiful place and had an excellent view. However, the ride up the three mile gravel road was quite an adventurer in it self. We had a mixture of seniors and a younger group that did a lot of hiking in all three of the nearby parks (Zion, Bryce and North Rim of Grand Canyon). It would be a wonderful place for children (lots of entertainment at the rental). Being coffee drinkers there was no coffee pot so we purchased one. We did not eat out at any of the nearby restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared our meals at the rental. If you have never been to this area, I would highly recommend this area. The scenery is breathtaking.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  The home had a fabulous view. We had a family reunion with 51 people. We had 25 stay in this home and the others in another great home 2 miles away. We had all ages, from 79 down to 14 months. The home suited all ages. It was great to have 2 kitchens in the home. The pool table and arcade games kept the teenagers and children busy. It was nice to have 600 acres of private land. We enjoyed our comfortable stay.

$499-799 a night we do require a one nights deposit to hold your
reservation. I have a paypal account or mailing a check is fine. Im pretty
understanding if you need to cancel, just give me enough of an advance notice.
We charge a mandatory flat rate of $199 for cleaning.
If theres less than 10 people in your party rates may be negotiable.
Nov thru March (non peak season) we discount rates to $499 a nite 
If you book 5 nites or more I will discount to $650 a nite 
May-Nov $799 a nite
