Built in 2005 this spacious and clean condo is an ideal place for your summer vacation. This Townhouse features on the second floor a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, sliding doors to a private deck, TV, ceiling fan and a full bath. There is another full bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a TV. There is a washer and dryer on this level.
The living area on the first floor features a fully-equipped large kitchen area with a wrap-around counter with four bar stools. There is a large dining area with a table and six chairs. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed, a futon, and 2 chairs, also, a 40 inch TV with digital cable, DVD. Ceiling fans in living and dining areas allows for cool air circulation, with a balcony off the living room. There is also a powder room. Central air, Wireless internet available.
