  This is a fabulous home base for a Keys Vacation. The ammenities exceeded our expectations. This spacious comfortable and quiet home allowed us restful sleep so we were excited to experience our next day trip! Day trips from Marathon to Key West were easily accomplished and we enjoyed all that the Keys are famous for! This house is only 5 minutes from the much written about Key West night life so our end-of-day festivities included many safe, quick and inexpensive cab rides home. Kim, your house is more than advertised and the tips you gave us allowed us to experience more than just the "tourist's" Key West! Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!!

  Just wanted to say we have an awesome time in Key West. This house was just fantastic we love it! Can't wait for our next vacation I would recommend this place. Just minutes away from Duval Street and all the great shopping and restaurants.

  This home is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. When my husband walk in he asked if we were at the right house. He couldn't believe all the amenities and details that went into this home. Kim, my family and I had a great time here we felt like we were at our home. Thank you for making our trip memorable and comfortable. The pool was great and it's less than a five minute drive into Devual. We will stay here again!!! BTW I love the Britto painting, we have some and when I saw yours, it made me smile.

  A great overall experience from start to finish. Setting everything up took no time at all and the home was very well kept and nicely furnished, not to mention spacious! Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

  What a great rental unit! Two families with children were acomidated easily in this unit. Like other reviews mentioned the pictures do not do it justice. Great balconies to enjoy the tropical weather and only a short 5 minute drive to all the action down town. Booking was easy and the owner, as being an original Conch (what they call the natives down there),also gave great suggestions on things to do and see while on our trip. We cant wait to plan our next vacation to Key West!

  Beautiful, conveniently located gated community that's only a $20 cab ride to the heart of Duvall St. Our days were spent relaxing on the sweeping porches reading, hanging out by the pool or working out at the on-property fitness center. Nightlife has just about anything you'd want to do. Music, dancing, dining are all nearby. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again next year.

  This 2 story home was absolutely beautiful! The online pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of room for our party of 6 . Pool just steps away. The house was sunny and spacious and very thoughtfully appointed . There was everything we needed during our stay and then some. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Key West. The pool was great and there was plenty of chairs. 5 minute drive to heart of key west. Great Home theatre system on the living room. What a great vacation!

  terrific unit with all the amenities you could ask for. would stay here again without question. Nicely kept with outstanding decor. A very "at home " feeling as soon i walked in. A wonderful property.

  This is an absolutely wonderful property. Beautifully maintained inside and out. Very tastefully decorated and both the upstairs and downstairs boast spacious balconies to enjoy the Key West weather. It's just as lovely as the photos shown. It’s close to all the action and attractions yet secure and peaceful. The parking is ample and at your doorstep. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. This is definitely a charming location and you will assuredly enjoy your stay.

  After staying in the owner's Placida townhouse I was excited to discover she had this property in Key West. Both properties are immaculate. The photos accurately portray the ammenities, but hardly do justice to the beauty and luxurious touches throughout. We specifically appreciated the Stock Island location as we were far enough away from the Key West "tourist" section to enjoy tranquility by the pool, yet we were able to bike into town to enjoy all the nightclubs, museums and restaurants. As a native of Key West, Kim was able to suggest day trips and restaurants the locals prefer, allowing us to see more of the REAL Key West and surrounding areas than we ever would have found on our own.
