There is room for up to 11 guests at Casanueva,, which features two independent levels that can be rented separately as a 2 or 3 or 5 bedroom unit, making it inexpensive for smaller groups and very convenient for larger groups:
Main pool level: 3 bedrooms, ( two master king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one guestroom with queen bed and one twin bed), two bathrooms, full modern kitchen, living /dining room. Furnished terrace for outdoor dining, with spectacular sea view.
Garden level: Ixora Studio with queen bed and kitchenette, ensuite bathroom.
Allamanda room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The garden rooms share the panoramic deck with sea view. The deck is furnished with fine wooden furniture for outdoor living and dining.

Casanueva is part of Belvedere Villas, which consist of two private upscale homes on the same property: Belvedere and Casanueva. Each villa is totally independent, they are both nestled in a mature tropical garden with breathtaking sea view. The villas share the spacious outdoor areas, the panoramic pool, outdoor kitchen and two Palapas. Combining both homes, there is room for 17 guests in three independent units.

Casanueva provides an ideal place to visit Roatan. The house is level with the pool where there are beautiful views. On the private porch area of the house is a large table and chairs to enjoy a meal or watch the stars! The windows are large and screened so trade winds make even the warmest days comfortable. Although there is AC available, we never felt the need to use it. Casanueva has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with large tiled shower areas. The fixtures and all of the detail work is first quality. There is an abundance of bath towels and beach towels available. The house is comfortable and stylish with tropical furnishings and colorful paintings on brightly painted walls. The beds in the two masters are king-size and comfortable, while the third bedroom has a queen and large twin which make it versatile if you have extra family come visit. And if you need even more room for guests, there are two more bedroom/studios available below the house you can rent. One has a small refrigerator and microwave with a few appliances while the other does not. Both have their own bathrooms and a small porch complete with grill. The living area sports a comfy sofa facing a large wide screen TV. There is satellite service for TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with a large gas stove and plenty of glassware, plates, and cooking utensils. There are granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave. Add in the outdoor kitchen which you share with guests at Belvedere and you can make any dinner you desire. I especially liked using the outdoor kitchen when I fixed fish or other seafood. Casanueva had maid service once a week. I think she would do laundry for a small fee although there is a laundry room with new appliances under the house. Everything is well maintained and the vivaproperty managers are available to answer questions, solve problems and provide top rate service to you. There is a safe and a security company provides an alarm system and motion detectors so no concern for your valuables while away. During previous trips to Roatan, we experienced power outages. But at Casanueva, the built in generators provide backup power. Casanueva is near West Bay Beach. There you will find many restaurants, a deli, coffee shop, gift shops, movie rentals, ATM and more! The beach is beautiful and the reef is easily accessed for snorkeling. Dive trips are easy to arrange. Staying at Casanueva has been a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
