  We were visiting my son in Culver City and needed a place where we all could gather to spend some time. This cottage was great--spotlessly clean and well appointed--there was even coffee and bottled water ready for us to use-- the owner thought of everything and was exceptionally nice. The space was plenty big for the two of us-- and the five of us had a relaxing time in the pool, using the grill and sitting outside in the evening. I'd be delighted to go back again and recommend it to anyone seeking an alternative to hotel life!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay in this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and located in a very nice neighbourhood. Monica was a very engaging and hospitable hostess. I loved that the kitchen was well equipped and that I was able to store fresh foods and prepare my own meals. I didn't rent a vehicle but found that I was within 5 minutes walk to a variety of bus routes to most tourist locations which, in most cases, where only a 30 minute journey away! I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Monica :-)

  Monika was the best. She took great care of us and was a pleasure to be around. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene. I would definitely stay here again. One of my best vacation rental experiences!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This cottage is so adorable. I want to live there! It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a lovely private pool. Although it was a bit too cold to actually swim, we did enjoy lounging near the pool with the beautiful surroundings. This cottage is equipped with all the accoutrements of home: a kitchenette with utensils, spices, basic toiletries, towels, direct TV, driveway parking. We even used the fire pit to grill some kabobs one night. This cottage was so much better than some boring hotel!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  We loved this cottage! Monica is the best hostess - so helpful with anything and everything! The cottage is absolutely charming and in a perfect location. It is located on quiet residential street yet literally around the corner from everything Culver City has to offer. We were quite sad to leave this place!

  This lovely little cottage was everything listed and then some. It is as pristine and beautiful as the photos show. It is clean and well furnished with a beautifully landscaped pool and yard with many areas to sit, sun or just relax. Located in a quiet backyard in a very safe neighborhood, Monica your host and owner, is gracious, and extremely helpful.. You need anything and she gets it for you,STAT The cottage is less than a mile from the old MGM studios now Sony Studios. Location, location, location....this place has it. Ten to fifteen minutes from LAX via Sepulveda Avenue, and one block from HWY 405 which connects to everything. On the north end of the block is Washington Blvd, head west ten minutes to Venice Beach, and the south end of the block is Culver Blvd head west 15 minutes and you are in Marina del Ray. Santa Monica Pier is 15 minutes away to the northwest, continue up the Pacific Hwy 10 miles and you are in Malibu. I could go on and on about how conveniently located this cottage is. There is a delightful Irish pub near by, a great Japanese Ramen Noodle eatery Yum, a famous vintage 1952 originally equipped burger joint..Johnnie's with world famous Pastrami sandwiches,tico tacos are all within 3 to 4 blocks. We found a delicious breakfast place, the Metro Diner on Washington Pl., the best omelet ever...the California. If like to shop you need to go to the Grove and while there go to the International Farmer's Market which has been there since the 30's..it is fabulous!!!! if you go before the end of March you can catch Circus du Soleil...OVO...right next to the Santa Monica Pier....our advice is to get a map and check it out on the internet and explore!!!!! We loved this great little getaway cottage for two would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a fabulous week, Monica.......
