We stayed here two years ago and knew that we would be back. The villas was as good, if not better, than we remembered and it was great knowing where we were going to. Not many changes in the area, still a fantastic number of places to eat and shop nearby - Carrabas being one of our favourites, and Applebees bar is hard to beat for cheap and cheerful. We went to the beach this time, at Clearwater on the west coast. It took about one and a half hours to drive, fantastic roads and well signposted to Tampa. We did Disney again, and if we come back (which we hope to) would probably stay here again, the location is really good and maybe do Universal/Seaworld as we haven't been there yet.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This villa was excellent. From the moment we booked till we arrived home Shane was nothing but helpful. When we arrived the key was easily accessed from the lock box outside the villa so we didn't have to find a management company.Once inside we were very impressed the villa was spotless and had everything needed for a perfect stay the pool was regularly cleaned throughout our stay and even the Bug guy appeared to make sure no unwanted visitors arrived to blight our stay he need'nt have bothered as there was never any sign of any creatures. The pool was the big hit with my wife and son.At about 7.50am the pool was covered in sunlight and was there till the evening so if you wanted to have a rest day from parks, shopping etc then this was perfect there were only three of us but if there were more the loungers and seating round the pool was ample. The villa was about a 15 minute drive to Disney and 25 to Universal so close enough to the parks but far enough away from any noise. There were plenty of eateries along the 192 road to suit everyone i personally would recommend Cracker Barrel for good Southern home cooking. If you found yourself in International Drive then Millers Ale House next to Pointe Orlando was excellent, a varied menu and very cheap (Bucket of six beers $6.95) you could sit there all night and Kid friendly. When you arrive i would recommend going to Walmart (2 minute drive) to buy in all the essentials to see you through your holiday,it is always good to have food in for the days you can't be bothered to drag youself from the pool and is a cheaper alternative to eating out. For those who have'nt been before the shopping is excellent you could shop cheap or expensive whichever your wallet allowed (N.B. baggage allowance.) There are four main places to shop Premium Outlets & Prime outlets both of which are the places to pick up a bargain. Florida Mall & Mall at Milenia both of these are regular priced but still cheap and clothing brands not found here. All in All this Villa and its location are first class and would have no qualms about recommending this to anyone. In a nutshell This really is a home from home but with Sunshine and a pool.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We stayed here in April for two weeks and it was fantastic. The villa was everything we had hoped it would be. It was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Our daughter especially liked the Disney characters in her room, and as we went with my parents it was lovely to have two en-suite bathrooms - you could have a party in the master shower it is so big. Very well situated, 15 minutes from Disney, and loads of restaurants on the 192, spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat. Really great Applebees across the road from the estate, which serves good food, family atmosphere. Coming home to the pool each day was great, a lovely way to relax after doing Disney. We have recommended this villa to some friends of ours hoping to visit next year. We hope to come back to Orlando in the future and would stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required. This is returned following inspection of the property after you vacate. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required at the time of booking….the balance amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date or immediately if less than 6 weeks. Optional pool heat….£85 per week Late availability is available at low season rates…..a bargain!!!
