A community waterfront beach and estuary serve as your private nature preserve, with walking trails and bird watching. The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth and has been fully renovated to carefully maintain the historical look and feel.
This new construction custom Cape Code waterfront cabin is the best the islands have to offer. The open floor plan features a well equipped kitchen with induction cook top, Sub Zero fridge and a large center island which gives way to massive views through the living and dining room. Matching 8’ doors and window height make sure you don’t miss a single sunset or any of the wildlife passing by. Three queen bedrooms on the main floor and a large 4th bedroom / bunk room upstairs provides bed space for up to 10 but you’ll be hard pressed to keep your kids from sleeping out under the stars.
For your use while in residence four kayaks (two doubles and two singles) and a huge waterfront fire pit. Feel free to help yourself to any of the produce growing in the estates garden or pick apples, pears and plums from the orchard. Your family will enjoy recreational activities like bicycling, boating, fishing, golf, hiking, kayaking, spa, swimming, sight-seeing and whale watching.
We have a shared hot tub for the property. It sits off by the garden so it's at least 100 yards from each of the houses so not to disturb any of our guests.
