  This property was amazing. It was spotless, comfortable, and had the most amazing views. Even the beds were beyond comfortable! The grounds were lovely, and it made everything so relaxing as we sat and watched the sunset with our wine. The pictures just don't do it justice. I would highly recommend staying here.

  My 3 friends and I had a great time during our Napa Valley girls' weekend thanks to the wonderful house. To say the views are amazing is an understatement. We were planning on arriving and going to the house prior to a dinner reservation our first night, but due to delays we didn't get to the house until after dark. When we woke up the next morning we were all speechless with the beautiful view over the valley. The hot air balloons were going past, the flowers were in full bloom all around the house and the smell of jasmine was everywhere!! There aren't words to express the beauty we experienced each morning as we had our coffee on the patio! The house was lovely - very comfortable with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We even got acquainted with a nice chocolate lab that must live on the property. He would come and visit us each day. Our only issue was with the front door - it was very hard to unlock with the key. It was a challenge each time, but we did get in eventually, so we never bothered calling the owner since it was usually later in the evening. One suggestion is that there be more information in the form of a welcome letter, or instruction manual regarding the house (handling the door/lock, lighting, how to use appliances, animals on the property, etc.). Also, some suggestions for restaurants, stores etc. nearby would have been nice. This property was what we expected it to be and then some! We can't wait to come back again!

  WE CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF RENTING THIS PROPERTY WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IT WAS FOR THE FOUR OF US. THE HOME IS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PICTURES TRULY DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. THE PROPERTY AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. WE ARE ALL FOODIES AND ATE OUT A LOT, HOWEVER, IT WAS HARD FOR US TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, WITH FRESH FLOWERS ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE. THE OWNER IS MORE THAN ACCOMODATING. WE WILL RETURN SOON. ENJOY!!!!!

  Absolutely awesome place. A group of four of us stayed for six days and loved it. The house is elevated above Napa valley and provides amazing views! The early morning fog is worth the stay!

  The pictures posted here don't do justice to the amazing views from this house. What a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The house itself is very well maintained and decorated and the views are gorgeous. We spent every evening watching the sunset, eating dinner and drinking wine in the backyard or on the deck and the view of the stars after dark on a clear night is not to be missed either. Vivian (the property owner) was extremely responsive and helpful with questions both leading up to our trip and (unobtrusively) checking in once we arrived. Only two things I would have done differently: (1) stay more than 3 nights and (2) check out the kitchen before I went grocery shopping - the kitchen was very well stocked with many staple ingredients that I didn't have to buy. I would definitely stay here again!

  My husband and I traveled to Napa in early January 2013 for a post-holiday getaway with my cousin and her husband from New Jersey. We found the property to be outstanding in every way...clean, bright, roomy with expansive deck area and plenty of comfortable seating. The view from the deck is absolutely lovely; very quiet both day and night. This guest house occupies the same property as its owner's home but, the distance is perfect for privacy for both the owner and the guests. We highly recommend this property and would see ourselves visiting again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Napa after the holidays. The winter proved to be a great time to visit as the climate was mild during the day; crisp at night. Off season rates were reasonable for all of the activities. We arrived to a clean and well kept property. We were 2 couples and felt the space to be acceptable for our needs. We toured away from the property most days; visiting vineyards and points of interest. A rental car is recommended. Our host, property owner, has been blessed with bounty and her property is not only beautiful, but comfortable and relaxing. Our view of the valley was spectacular and at night without a lot of "light noise" the stars we could see were plentiful and brilliant. We sat outside each night on the generous deck with comfortable seating, enjoying a glass of wine and savoring the peaceful quiet of zero road noise and only the occasional howl of a coyote in the distance:) Truly a memorable vacation.

  We enjoyed the property and the view is picture perfect. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets, cookware, and bathroom supplies. The home was decorared for the holiday and was done extremely well. The iron was missing and the home owner brought a new one to us the same day. That was a nice touch. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Napa. Just a fantanstic property and a wonderful owner.

  This was a wonderful home and the landscape and location were a pleasant surprise. The views of the valley are amazing and the home is very secluded and peaceful. It is well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect place to start and end a day of wine tasting in the valley. Perfect for two couples. There is however no Wifi, which would have made things more convenient as the nearest Starbucks hotspot we could find was 5 miles away.
