I've rented this condo several times over the past few years. This is without a doubt my favorite property. Its located within walking distance of all the resort amenities and the pool / jacuzzi / barbecue area is private and fabulous for entertaining. Exquisite decor, very luxury, plenty of closet space and well equipped. I'll be there again in September so don't anyone try and book my dates.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Green Season 2012 (May 1 - Dec 20): $210/night, $1300/week, $2500/month Christmas Season (Dec 21 - Jan 6): $400/night, $2500/week High Season 2013 (Jan 7 - April 30): $300/night, $1900/week, $4800/month Two night minimum required. Cleaning fee upon check-out is $35 in addition to posted rates.

About the owner: I am a Canadian/British citizen and former Director of Sales and Marketing for Los Sueños Resort and Marina.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Herradura:
I was living and working onsite at Los Sueños and recognized the good investment potential of the Veranda condominium residences, given their excellent proximity to the resort's top amenities: easy walking distance to the marina, shopping village, restaurants, spa, golf clubhouse and the exclusive Beach Club for Los Sueños residents and their guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love being in the heart of the resort, where I am not dependent upon a rental car or golf cart to enjoy the unique amenities.
One of my favorite things about this property is the fact that the beautiful swimming pool complex that it overlooks is rarely used by my neighbors -- it feels like I have a private pool!
There is also a fantastic little gym located within 50 feet of the front door of my condo, which has Cybex elliptical trainers, treadmills and weight training equipment. It is extremely well-maintained and not heavily used by other residents.
I also take advantage of the excellent room service at Los Sueños. The nearby Marriott Hotel offers an amazing room service menu and quick service. The Hook Up pub at the Marina also offers room service during certain hours of the day.
