Mindy was wonderful in providing us with all the amenities we wanted, in a perfect location, for a beach vacation. We loved the walk through the village each day and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. Our children could cool off in the pool and the house had all the comforts of home. We do a group trip (10 people) every year and this year we happened to find this wonderful house. The house far exceeded all of our expectations, from the house itself, the decor, locations and accommodations. Everyone that went relaxed by the private pool and hot tub everyday and we enjoying BBQing and making a large breakfast in the morning. We are looking forward to coming back to this house next year and make new memories. Management was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. My girlfriends and I stayed at this property during Siesta Fiesta. The house is gorgeous and has all the necessary amenities for a fun and relaxing weekend! The house is walking distance to Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Beach.This was our first time in Siesta Key and we loved it. I cannot wait to come back and we would definitely rent this property again. Mindy and her husband were amazing to work with and we had such a great time!Did you find this review helpful? This was our first spring break in Siesta Key and we just loved it!! This amazing house was in a great spot, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area but still really convenient to shopping etc off the island as well. Loved the privacy of all the bedrooms yet plenty of gathering space for the whole family. In a little private circle of homes with security gate made it feel very cozy too! This is a place the whole family or a group of girlfriends or three or four couples could stay and all get the space and amenities they need. There are some views of the water on the third floor and what a breeze!! We could have slept on the many balconies it was so comfortable. Thanks to Mindy for such a well stocked home including the best kitchen, linens and how about the elevator? We were a little spoiled on this trip for sure!! We will be back!!
