You will love our newly decorated, fun and funky, vacation hideaway. The relaxed atmosphere will constantly remind you that you are on vacation! ! Everything is freshly painted, we have new hardwood floors, a new sofa sleeper that is actually comfortable, and have finished out our decorating with some humourous art and a few funky lamps. The grill, gazebo and two swimming pools are just steps from our patio which looks out onto the tennis courts.
The beach is directly across the street with easy access by the boardwalk. There is fun shopping and great eating just minutes in every direction, but the immediate area is never crowded or jammed with traffic. You will love it here!
Cancellations taken and refunds given when hurricane warnings threaten your reserved dates.

Great Place!!! This is the second time we have stayed here. Just 1 minute across the road and to the beautiful water and sands on the Gulf. Very quiet, many amenities at condo, 2 pools, grills, tennis courts. Great parking! Close to everything!! Seafood, shops, restaurants, our favs being Cafe 30A, Red Bar on Grayton Beach, Bud & Alley's at Seaside to name a few. Property is clean, well decorated, and everything you need in condo is there but the food!! Thanks Pat for such a great time! Will be booking again soon!

What a great place to relax! This is a super vacation rental! We found the decor to be fun & whimsical & better than so many others we have stayed in! Great location - right beside Cafe 30-A. 60 seconds to the beach - 2 pools. This is a gem of a place! We highly reccommend & look forward to a future visit!

Seagrove Beach is a little slice of Heaven here on Earth. We had a wonderful time, and we have already started planning a return trip! If you're looking to escape the busy beaches of Destin and Panama City look no further. No traffic jams or busy beaches are to be found in this area. The crystal clear water takes on a blue-green color of it's own from a distance. The apartment alone is worth going for. We loved how Pat has it decorated so bright and funky. It was nice being reminded that you're not in a traditional everyday type place. This rental is a rare find, and I am so happy to have found it!
