The condo was wonderful. We have two young children and it was so nice to have the extra space and allow everyone to sleep in their own rooms. Getting to Disney was a breeze and we were at the parks within 10 minutes each day. My husband actually made the comment as we were leaving Disney one night that the condo was in such a great location relative to the parks and asked if I planned that or was it just luck (he didn’t do much planning for the trip). The unit was very clean and had so many wonderful extras. My children loved the pool toys and we had planned on spending a day at the beach so I anticipated buying buckets and shovels for the kids first ocean experience. When we got to the condo I was pleasantly surprised that there were some already there and we didn’t have to buy any. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or property and we will definitely tell anyone else looking for a place to check it out.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house had all we needed and so close to Disney, especially if you know the short cut!! We truly enjoyed our time and our girls loved all the toys including the pool noodles.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was the 13th year in a row that we have "wintered" in this unit. As usual our time was very enjoyable. The spacious unit, with the 3 bedrooms. allows us to have some quality time with family and friends. Over the years our children and grand children and some close friends have enjoyed some time here with us. It is a super location when visiting central Florida We have discovered that there are many things to enjoy while staying here. In addition to "Disney" and the other theme parks, there are other attractions within easy driving distance (Lego Land and Fantasy of Flight). There are great golf courses and the Big Bass fishing is fantastic.. There are several beautiful gardens and museums to enjoy. There are some great small towns to visit (Mt. Dora, Winter Park and downtown Kissimmee, to name a few). The Space Center on the Atlantic coast and the beaches nearby are about a1.5 hour drive ) The same is true for Clearwater Beach and the other great beaches on the Gulf coast. You won't find better owners to deal with.. Their unit has been well maintained and updated when necessary over the years that we have been staying here. If there ever is a problem, notify them, and it will be remedied. They take pride in their unit. All they ask is that you treat the unit as if it were yours. If it;s only for a few days or for a week or more you'll be glad you stayed here, I know we do. Looking forward to 2014 !!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was easy to find, close to everything we needed, and in a quiet community. We were impressed with the size of the unit, it was very clean and well maintained. Our beds were extremely comfortable, the kids loved their toy story room (with lots of toys to play with!) and the deck was great for breakfast. We plan to return in 2014 and this is where we will stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were surprised by the little extras. (soap, dish soap, toliet paper ...) Nice and roomy. Great access to all touristy stuff. Only complaint is the beds. They were uncomfortable. Overall a very nice stay. Thanks to the owner's for opening their home to us. Would stay again! ThanksRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Your Villa was a perfect fit for our family trip to Disney World. It was just as described and so many extras were provided that are not included if staying in a Disney condo or hotel. It was so spacious and open which was nice considering we have teenagers as well as small children. We hate being cramped in a small room. The small kids loved the Toy Story room! The master bed was extremely comfortable! We loved the pool and jacuzzi being so close. We appreciated the tips to get around the Disney traffic! I would only add, as a Starbucks addict, that Starbucks is just down the street inside of Target! Thank you for your quick reply to my emails! We will certainly be returning and referring all of our friends and family!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
