If you are in need of a relaxing stay and desire a comforting atmosphere, "THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!" This fully-air conditioned, two bedroom, two bath has a total of 1182 square feet! This home has brand new living room furnishings, new carpeting, granite counter tops, air conditioning in all rooms and all the amenities of home. Beautiful Mountain and Ocean views from the Lanai. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
As proud new owners, we have added new living room furniture, including a Queen Sleeper Sofa, New Flat Screen, New Artwork, and New Floral Chair.
The main living area boasts expansive high beam ceilings that add to the wonderful flow of air blowing in off the shores of Maui. Look upon the splendor of Haleakala and catch a glimpse of the sunset from the spacious Lanai, that is surrounded by beautiful foliage amidst the splendor of Maui.
Picture a relaxing and wonderful afternoon while sipping away at a tropical beverage while you take in the sun at the Fairway pool. Reflect on the days events and gaze at the majestic Maui sky as you soak in the Hot tub at night.
For the beach we have chairs, mats, coolers, assorted toys, sand pails, and noodles.

Grand Champions in Wailea is part of the best micro climate in the World. Why go to Lahaina and battle the wind all the time, when you can come to Wailea and have it be perfect.
Next to Fairmont. Many lounge chairs out to use. Best boogy board beach. Very good showers for use after beach.

Charlie and Ikuyo live in Oregon, and spend as much time as possible on Maui. We have 2 Pre-School aged children, so as they enter school, our time on-island may be curtailed some. We look forward to having you stay with us.

We had a great time and the unit was excellent. This is the 4th time we have stayed at Grand Champions and have been with other couples in other units and this unit is the best value of them all. We will return again and hopefully the popularity of the unit will not cause us to go to another based on avilability.
