The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. Felt very at home. The building was under construction and the staging area was right under us. Drilling and pounding all day. Scaffolding in front and in back outside our balcony. We spoke to other leasing agents before we leased Long Beach 2-101 who said Long Beach Tower 2 would be under construction. We asked Book that Condo about it and they said they knew nothing about it. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and just as pictured on BTC website. We had a problem with the door's deadbolt and a maintenance man could not come until the next afternoon, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but when he did come, he was very nice and fixed the problem. All furniture and appliances were very nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Check in and check out was a breeze and the people at BTC were always pleasant. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Long Beach is perfect. We could walk to a few great restaurants and shopping. The 1st floor condo was super convenient and made for easy access to the beach with our toddler. One complaint we had was that the mattress on the king bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress definitely needs upgrading. The other improvement needs to be on the hot water heater. Only one person could take a shower at the time before the hot water ran out. Luckily, we were only a family of 3 so we spread out our baths and showers but that was a little inconvenient when getting ready to go out to eat after a long day on the beach.
