This spacious family home is tucked away next to the second fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, in the pleasantly peaceful northern section of beautiful Sunriver. With two luxurious master suites, a game room with pool table and ping-pong, and a private outdoor hot tub, this relaxing retreat offers something special for every member of the family.

Thanks to its multiple living areas and sprawling layout, the home is especially well-suited to two families traveling together. Everyone can gather together in the great room, which feels especially spacious thanks to its vaulted ceilings and wall of windows overlooking the golf course.

At one end of the great room, the gourmet kitchen makes preparing meals a delight with its hooded gas range, double stacked oven, and the all-important dishwasher. The cabinets are well-stocked with all the pots and pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils, and glassware you could need, and you'll also find a nice selection of countertop appliances (such as a coffee grinder, blender, and waffle iron). Two dining tables allow your group to spread out, with six spots at the kitchen's high-top bar table and four more near the cozy wood-burning stove.

After dinner, curl up around the sectional sofa with a fire burning on chilly winter nights. In the summer, you can even head outside to the beautiful patio, where a gas grill awaits for summer barbecues!

When your group wants to spread out and enjoy a little more elbow room, the kids will surely flock to the indoor game room. Here, a pool table, ping-pong, and basketball game will make any rainy afternoon fly past!

The home has three bedrooms and a spacious loft, allowing up to eight guests to share the space quite comfortably (additional younger children may be permitted). On the lower level, there are two beautiful master suites. The first has a king bed and beautiful leaded glass doors that open onto a private outdoor hot tub, the perfect spot to end the night with a soak under the stars. Its attached bath also has a jetted tub, so you can soothe sore muscles after a day of hiking or skiing no matter what the weather is like outside.

The second master bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and its own private bath. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed and boasts the best views in the house, overlooking the golf course. Just off the game room, another cozy space offers a cable TV/DVD player, oversized armchair, and full-sized futon (not as private as a full bedroom, but great for a younger guest or two!).

The loft space offers an additional hideabed to curl up with a movie, or a sleeping area for extra guests. The house includes a third full bathroom, a washer/dryer, and wireless Internet access, making the home perfect for longer stays or working vacations.

And of course, all the fun of Sunriver awaits! The home is an obvious choice for a golfing getaway, with the lush fairways of Woodlands just outside your door. Thanks to its beautiful location in the northern section of Sunriver, the home is a bit more peaceful and removed than the busier southern area; however, getting around the resort is a breeze with the nine bicycles waiting in the garage (seven for adults, two for children)! Take advantage of your eight unlimited passes to SHARC, the new aquatic center with year-round swimming pools, saunas, and tubing hill; or, take a night off from cooking and head to the Village at Sunriver. Its restaurants, brewery, galleries, boutiques, and even seasonal ice-skating rink offer plenty of ways to spend a memorable evening!

In the winter, Sunriver comes alive as a ski resort, with the slopes of Mt. Bachelor just twenty minutes away. The rest of the year, its nearly forty miles of paved paths buzz with cyclists, and visitors head to the Deschutes River for fly fishing, kayaking, and whitewater rafting.
