Step back in time at the Summer House where you will enjoy the unique setting of your own private little point with lots of outdoor space for parking and playing. This Summer House has been in the family since the early 1960's. Where many fun memories have been created. Start your own lake vacation memories this summer.
The sleeping arrangements for the house includes one king bed, two queens beds, one full bed and a pull-out couch.
You can bring your own boat and water toys, as there is plenty of dock space. Roast up some marshmallows while overlooking the lake. Relax on the deck with your favorite beverage and watch all the fun lake activity. Hop over to the Carlin Bay Resort for a burger and enjoy the nightlife.
Travel down to Harrison, rent bikes and take a spin on the beautiful Rails to Trails. You just might see our year-round bald eagles, or just have some ice cream and get a feel for this quaint community!
In Coeur d'Alene, you will find all the conveniences a small resort town can offer. Travel a bit further and spend the day at Silverwood Theme Park or head to Silver Mountain and ride a gondola to the top of the mountain.
Most of all, people enjoy the Summer House as it is a fun place to kick back, have fun on the lake and create lasting memories. Forget about your 'devices' and enjoy a few games or puzzles.

Our family of 6 (plus 2 dogs) had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect for family fun! Lots of space, both inside and out. Playing in the water and on the dock during the day, BBQ and sunbathing, eating indoors or outside on the deck/patio, playing pool in the evening... a great way to vacation. The 1960's retro style made it a memorable vacation (you have to check out the cool oven/stove and old-school radio/8-track/record player!). Everything you need for a relaxing stay was available. The house is close enough to towns for other adventures, but far enough removed so you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city! I would love to come back in the winter time to relax with the cozy fireplaces and great views! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
