Gorgeous, updated rental with tons of open living space. This is a great beach rental within 1/3 mile to Ridgevale Beach. Also in a safe, family neighborhood. Light and bright furnishings and fabulous new kitchen. Beautiful 2nd story master with a King bed, private bath, and deck with distant views on a clear day! Plenty of outdoor seating as well! A great family rental!

This house was just perfect for a family beach vacation! It is in the great quiet neighborhood just off of Ridgevale Ave and a short walk to Ridgevale beach! The home was very well thought out and worked out great for our family. We have been renting in Chatham for the last 4 years and this was definitely one of our best rental experiences!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Our family has rented this property over the past two summers and God willing we’ll rent it during summers to come. It’s perfect distance from what we considerer the perfect beach (ocean side for big kids, inlet for the little kids with a snack shack to boot) allows for enjoyable walks to and from Ridgevale Beach. And because we can walk we are able to keep the car relatively sand free! The property description is spot on; however, the pictures only partially capture the warmth and comfort afforded by furnishing and appointments, which are not only very modern but also quite stylish. We have been vacationing on the Cape, Chatham in particular, for the past 10 years and this may be the first house that has come equipped with everything required for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation: the kitchen lacks nothing - anything needed to plate the simplest of meals and the grandest of gourmet dinners is here; the beds are all (and I mean all, not some) comfortable; the outside furniture is ample & functional; the grounds have been nicely upgraded since our last stay (we love the garden walls); the cellar provides perfect bicycle parking during a liquid sunshine event, and the pièce de résistance, the outside shower, is awesome. We highly recommend this property and in fact have to both friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We love summers in Cape Cod. Ridgevale beach is great for kids with shallow waters and the lazy river. We love the fresh seafood at Chatham Fish Pier and the quick drive to Kreme and Kone!
