This home is an ocean view with steps to the sand! By far one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Cal. This is a fully furnished complete home with yard, located in a tropical setting on the bluff above San Clemente State Beach. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to a quaint ocean view park that leads to the beach below. This ideal location makes it perfect for the entire family.

The smoke-free house is fully appointed with all amenities, including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and boogie boards for your use and enjoyment.

The expansive lay-out with yard and decking surrounding the property makes it ideal for entertaining, or having a family barbecue. Yet the home in its tropical setting has both the charm and warmth for a romantic getaway.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size futon. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, and two over sized sofas.

San Clemente State Beach is literally steps away. It is a great swimming or surfing beach with metered parking, bathrooms, and a snack shop where you can rent wetsuits, etc. There are other beach areas in San Clemente including a nearby pier, with restaurants and happy hour deals.

Don't miss the farmers market on the weekend in downtown San Clemente (five minutes by car) or a trip to Laguna Beach for shopping or an art fair. Disneyland and Sea World are also popular day trips. Enjoy!
