  My family had a wonderful time at this recently renovated, well-equipped condo. The unit is modern with lovely furniture and upscale beach touches, not the tired old secondhand furniture cast-offs often seen. The kitchen is very functional with new appliances, well equipped with every kitchen necessity, and has a great breakfast bar. Outside, the second-story front porch with its wicker rocker furniture is a great way to watch the ocean and passersby. We spent a few lovely afternoons at the sheltered pool, a great way to get outside and enjoy the sun on windy days, and the little ones loved it. And on those nice beach days, the unit comes equipped with beach chairs and even a boogie board! There are also many family games. The place is kept spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful time and I will rent from this caring owner again.

  We made last minute plans to head to the beach before Labor Day and I was so pleased to find this condo available. The owner was extremely responsive and made it so easy to book a last minute getaway. The condo was clean and comfortable and we found everything to be in working order. The walk to the beach was very easy and the location is perfect for getting around town. Don't miss Fager's! Great place for a traditional, good old-fashioned beach trip! We will definitely return!

  Stayed here with my family to celebrate my fathers birthday. Location is great. Front porch was awesome. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Only thing I would change is there is not any lounge chairs at the pool and it is quite small, but the rest of the condo makes up for it. Would make this a place to say every summer.

  My family stayed at 201B for a 50th Birthday Celebration. The location was perfect. The beach was soo close to walk to. We dined at Dead Freddies and Fager's Island, all in walking distance. There was a 7/11 and 64th street market for last minute items also. Caught the bus on the main road to the boardwalk. Never had to get in the car. We had lots of family and friends stop by for our Birthday Celebration through out our stay who also commented on the great location! Would recommend this rental. Look forward to renting again.

  We couldn't have asked for a better condo in a better location! It is the perfect size and just steps to the beach. The pool and porch just make it even better! The owner is so easy and great to work with! I don't want to stay anywhere else in OC!!

  My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of visiting OC this past weekend. We had a fabulous time! The condo was great!! Perfect location (walking to shops, restaurants, beach, bay and bars), but on a nice quiet side street. We are going to make this our annual spot!!

  Old shore was a awesome place to stay just a few steps from the ocean.The street that the condo is located and very nice and quiet if you have small children,traffic wasnt bad at all.The condo was well spaced to get away to relax.There are nearby activities so if the beach gets to hot you can ride a bus to put put golf and to the boardwalk.The games and puzzles were so nice to keep the kids occupied when the parents want time to just sit back and relax also.I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a place to just sit back and relax and enjoy there time at the beach.

  My friends and I had such a great time staying at this condo. What a great house with a nice view. The house was about 100 steps from the beach! The property owner was very quick to get back to me with all the information I needed. Everything was very accurate to the description. The condo could use an update, but that that didn't bother me at all. It was well maintained and everything was neat and organized. I would definitely rent this place again.

  This condo was great. It had all the amenities that are needed at the beach. It is very close (100 ft) to the ocean and was so convenient to all OC has to offer! I am headed back down in a few weeks for another stay!!!
