This 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is very well equipped and furnished. The stunning coastal, wetland and mountain views will take your breath away.
Freshen up with an early morning swim in the 15m lap pool or take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk over the wetlands to Moorheads Beach enjoying the birdlife along the way.
Quality fittings and furnishings throughout including beechwood flooring with under-floor heating.
Short walk to shops and cafe`s. Small dogs welcome in enclosed courtyard.
Main bedroom is on the upper level and has an ensuite and walk-in robe.
2 bedrooms on the lower level open to a private verandah on the edge of the wetland.
Middle level includes spacious lounge, dining area and ultra modern kitchen with north facing deck and entertainment area.
SLEEPS 7 - Main bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has double bed. Tri-bunk (double below, single above) in third bedroom.
Guests will need to bring their own linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Not suitable for boat parking or fishing groups. Smoking not permitted.
