This nicely decorated OCEANFRONT villa, unit 220, with outstanding beach and ocean views, offers a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen, living and dining area,and a comfortable balcony/deck to sit and enjoy the views. Additional bedding includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds located between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for children. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom. You'll find OCEAN Dunes located on the south side of the island, along South Forest Beach Dr., a short distance from Coligny Plaza where shops, movie theaters and restaurants abound. Located a few steps from the beach and ocean, there is a pool with an accompanying baby pool. Tennis courts are available for guest use and there is complimentary access to the nearby Players Club for use of their indoor heated pool and fitness center. There is also an outdoor picnic area with charcoal BBQ and picnic table. Bike rentals are available on a daily or weekly rate and can be kept on site. The entire island is covered with many miles of bike paths that are accessable from Ocean Dunes as well as the beach where you may travel the over twelve miles of South Carolinas best beaches. The gorgeous setting and comfort of this well equipt villa will insure your most relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Back in 1989 my wife and I were told by one of our daughters, who had vacationed here, about the beauty of Hilton Head Island and how that beauty had been preserved even with the islands development. We came to take a look , bought our villa and have enjoyed our vacations here ever since.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We never tire of the expansive ocean view before us each day. The sun rise to the East and sun set to the west. (you need to go on the beach to actually see the sun set). We enjoy walking on the beach and many paths around the area. Many excellant golf courses are nearby as well as many very good restaurants, shops, parks, and various types of entertainment all within a short distance.
