Completely renovated last year and is gorgeous. This studio villa is one of several time-share villas we own at the St John Westin. Rates vary with size of unit (ours range up to 3 bedrooms) and time of year. Rates and availability shown is for a studio unit only. Please contact us if you are looking for a larger unit.
St John is famous as one of the most beautiful and unspoiled islands in the Caribbean. Two-thirds of the island is preserved as a US National Park where uncrowded white sand beaches, amazing clear blue waters, and abundant sealife are everywhere.
At once elegant, spacious and luxurious, this studio villa sleeps 4 in king and queen-sized comfort. The villa’s balcony -- a great place for morning coffee or those romantic evening cocktails -- overlooks the exclusive Westin Resort and Great Cruz Bay beyond. Breathtaking sunsets are included in the rental price.
Guests in our villa have access to all the amenities of the exclusive Westin Resort – activities, pools, beach, room service, maid service, and more with unlimited complimentary use of tennis courts, fitness center, sailboats, sea kayaks, floats, beach chairs and more.

Your villa will have the convenience of home combined with the pampering of a fine resort. Your comfort will be total in our king-sized bed or queen-sized sofa bed. Top quality linens are provided and changed at mid-week when the maid comes to tidy up for you. We have central air and an in-room safe, of course.
Cooking in or eating out is your choice. The kitchen is fully-equipped with full-sized appliances, microwave, blender, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker as well as all the cookware, dishes and cutlery you are likely to need. A starter kit of basic kitchen supplies and Starbucks coffee is included. Having your own clothes washer and dryer on hand will allow you to pack light.
Two, cable-equipped color TV’s are provided as is a DVD/CD player.
The spacious full bath has marble galore. Fine architectural and decorator touches throughout complete the elegant picture.
St John is a small island and the Westin is an exclusive resort and has relatively few rooms compared to typical stateside resorts. Westin’s villas are few and in great demand. .
Westin maintains a lounge at the St Thomas airport and you may check in there. Although your villa rental is prepaid, you will need to present a valid major credit card for charging incidentals. If you choose, Westin will take charge of your luggage there then take you to board their beautiful launch for the 40-minute ride to the Westin Resort dock on St John (extra charge but includes unlimited trips to St Thomas for shopping.) As a sample of Westin’s service, you will be greeted dockside in St John with iced towels and complimentary rum punch. A waiting bellman will quickly take you to your villa via a brief tour of the lushly landscaped property. When you get to your villa, your bags will often already be there.

About the owner: We are retired and live near Savannah Georgia on Skidaway Island. We own a number of time-share villas at the Westin in St John and typically spend a month there each year. We have made a small business out of renting out the ones we are not using. We have been in operation for 7 years and can provide references among the staff at the Westin St John if desired.
Why the Owner Chose Great Cruz Bay:
St John is literally a tropical paradise. A small quiet island with clear blue waters, walk-in snorkelling everywhere and a prisine environment protected by 2/3 of the island being National Park.
