HEATED SPA!!! NEW DINING & 2ND LIVINGROOM EXPANSION!! Beachfront. Great house has everything you need and more. Beach cottage ambiance. Spectacular sunrises and amazing moon rises! Living area separates master suite from two guest bedrooms - a fourth bedroom with separate outside entrance has the 2nd set of twins, large walk-in closet. Large furnished, newly enclosed porch perfect for sunsets, outside dining and entertaining. Well provisioned kitchen, water maker, ipod docking station, 40' Flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player and DVDs, laundry use (for responsible persons), back up generator and toll-free calls to the US. The master suite features a King, private beach entrance, walk-in closet; dressing area, and large ensuite bath. The split floor plans offers an additional two guest bedrooms with a shared bath. One facing the beach with Queen and private beach deck entrance and 2nd with two twins. The pool/spa combo is on a separate level of decking and includes deck loungers, covered Tiki bar, outdoor dining table. Downstairs bedroom offers 2 twin beds with separate entrance. This owner thinks of everything including reverse osmosis purified water and a handmade little garden dollhouse (or fort if boys!) just off the pool and second living area so mom and dad can keep close watch. Great location beach houses on either side if bringing a group of friends or family! We are offering a complimentary golf cart rental for 4 or more persons based on availability with a one week rental or more.

Not exactly sure of dates we stayed, but it was July 2012! A pool is a must when staying in the summer. After a day on the boat even though you have the ocean you want to slip into a cool pool! The house was immaculate, the location was ideal. Bathrooms had great water pressure, the auto back up generator came in handy everyday. Hot tub worked better than ours in Florida! Fans in every room were great to have going all day, just can't think of one bad thing! Would recommend to anyone!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
