Villa Bellosguardo is a large wonderful property encircled all around by walls with highest cypresses and gate for the complete seclusion and privacy of the guests.
Villa belonged up to two years ago to an Italian actress and each detail inside and outside was chosen and done with much care. She lived in Rome and only used the villa for short staying and some parties with actors, directors and so. In one of the bedroom you find many pictures of her with many international stars (Jane Fonda, Jacqueline Kennedy, and so). One of the nicest bedrooms is called De Niro suite, since that star enjoyed the villa some days.
From the windows and terraces the panorama is spectacular over Trasimeno lake from one side and Chiusi lake from the other site. There is also a largest, covered terrace sized 130 square meters (used for the feasts with the stars), where you can dinner or take your breakfast.
Property is encircled by a large park (three acres about) with green lawn, olive trees, garden and a wonderful pine wood. You also can enjoy a new large pool (12 by 6 meters), children's pool and children's play area. High class furniture inside and in the garden and terrace. Villa has air conditioned; personal computers and Internet fast connection are available for the guests.
Villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
Villa is located 10 minutes drive from Chiusi train station and also from Highway A 1 (Chiusi - Chianciano Terme exit) and only five minutes from ancient Etruscan Chiusi downtown. Chiusi is a very strategic point: one hour from Rome and Florence (both by train or Highway A 1) , half an hour from Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi. Minutes driving from many typical small towns as Pienza, Montepulciano, Cetona, Cortona, Trasimeno Lake, Montalcino and many others for your enjoyable daily trips.
