Our condo was redecorated with all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens, and refrigerator in August, 2011. New flat screen TVS were added to the family room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Unit 3108 is a corner unit that offers a larger dining room/family room combination. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large sliding glass doors to the patio and adjoining bathroom. There is an additional second bedroom with a wooden bunk bed that is queen sized on the bottom and extra long twin on top. The hall bath is next to the second bedroom. The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat along with flat screen TV and DVD player on a console cabinet. You will love the view of the gulf waters and breathtaking Florida sunsets through the sliding glass doors in the family room. The kitchen is fully loaded and the family/dining room combination has a table that seats six along with bar stools at the bar for additional seating. High Speed Internet Broadband Service is also available.
Maravilla is a great family vacation spot on the east end of Destin in the upscale South Walton resort area of Miramar Beach. It is located on Scenic Gulf Drive (a 25 MPH street) that runs parallel to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It is minutes from the Outlet Mall, golf courses,restaurants, and the new Baytowne Wharf. There are restaurants within walking distance from the Condo. For those familiar with the Destin/South Walton area, it is one-half block from the restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's Oyster Bar. Other nearby restaurants include Crab Trap and Captain Dave's on the Gulf. There are several golf courses within 2 miles which include Regatta Bay, Kelley Plantation and Emerald Bay.
Our spacious Condo is located on the ground floor in Building Three on the end that is the closest to the beach. There is parking at the front door which makes for easy loading/unloading of groceries, etc.
Right out the back door is a covered patio, grassy yard area, and the sidewalk leading to the gated entrance to Maravilla’s private beach. The beach is only 30-40 steps from the patio area of the condo. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis courts, club house with fitness center, basketball goal and shuffle board. There is an outside storage rack for bicycles.

We offer our condo as best suited for families. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious condo. There were seven of us and there was still plenty of room. Great location- near the beach and pool and close to area restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this condo!!!

This Condo was purchased by the new owners Memorial Day Weekend, 2004. The entire unit was repainted, carpets and upholstery furniture cleaned, and all new linens, towels, and sheets were purchased. It has a great location on the ground floor with an easy walk to the beach.
