  I would definetely recommend this unit. It was plenty big for the four of us. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need including a grill which we used twice. Thee were really comfortable as well. The only negative thing I have to say about our trip was the company that was in charge of chairs and umbrellas took up too much of the beach area and we had to walk a good distance just to be able to sit and enjoy the water.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  The condo was perfect for our family of five. The pictures were/are accurate and it was clean. Popano Joe's was fun and the food was great - as well as several other restaurants that are within walking distance. All shopping was within 5 - 10 minutes away (if you choose to shop). The kids loved the bunk beads and the fact that there was a TV & DVD in their room so they could kick back & relax after a fun day on the beach. It was also very convenient that it was on the lower level. The kids loved playing in the small yard space and my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio. The fully stocked kitchen and the washer & dryer also made it a plus. We are already planning our return trip - Liz was incredible to work with too!!

  This condo was perfect for our family in every aspect. It is much larger that we even expected and very tastefully updated. We have a total of 5 people and there was plenty of room. The bunk bed was great for our kids and we did not even need to use the pull out sofa. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we appreciated all the details that were done throughout. It is a lower level condo which was so nice to not have to wait on an elevator or take the stairs. The condo is so close to the beach, pool, and walking trail. I loved that it was so easy to access the beach from their condo and then walk right back up to the pool if we wanted to. We spend several evenings walking along the beach or to/from restaurants that were very close. Very convenient for our 4 year daughter. The Robinson's were very easy and accommodating to work with. The only negative thing was that there was no beach service provided for this condo. We did purchase this additionally which was $160.00. Not necessarily need but we enjoyed having this option. Would definitely recommend this to others!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: Maravilla is a great family vacation property and our first floor condo makes trips to the beach, the pool, and the parking lot really easy. We hope our guests enjoy the beautiful Destin area and beaches as much as we do.

  Stayed in the condo the first week of June. Had a great time, condo was clean and owners are great to work with, would recommend.

  We had a wonderful time at this spacious condo. There were seven of us and there was still plenty of room. Great location- near the beach and pool and close to area restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this condo!!!
