Maravilla is a great family vacation spot on the east end of Destin in the upscale South Walton resort area of Miramar Beach. It is located on Scenic Gulf Drive (a 25 MPH street) that runs parallel to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It is minutes from the Outlet Mall, golf courses,restaurants, and the new Baytowne Wharf. There are restaurants within walking distance from the Condo. For those familiar with the Destin/South Walton area, it is one-half block from the restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's Oyster Bar. There are several golf courses within 2 miles.
Our spacious Condo is located on the ground floor in Building Three on the end that is the closest to the beach. There is parking at the front door which makes for easy loading/unloading of groceries, etc.
Right out the back door is a covered patio, grassy yard area, and the sidewalk leading to the gated entrance to Maravilla’s private beach. The beach is only 50-60 steps from the patio area of the condo. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated), hot tub, tennis courts, club house with fitness center, and shuffle board.
Because our condo is a corner unit it offers a large master bedroom (king size bed) with a television with adjoining bathroom, and family room/dining room. There is an additional bedroom with a full/standard bottom bunk and twin bunk on top with TV/VCR. The hall bath is next to the second bedroom. The family room has a new queen size sleeper sofa and love seat along with flat screen TV/VCR/DVD on a new console cabinet. You will love the view of the gulf waters and breathtaking Florida sunsets through the sliding glass doors in the family room. The kitchen is fully loaded and the family/dining room combination has a table that seats five along with bar stools at the bar for additional seating. High Speed Internet Broadband Service is also available.

This Condo was purchased by the new owners Memorial Day Weekend, 2004. The entire unit was repainted, carpets and upholstery furniture cleaned, and all new linens, towels, and sheets were purchased. It has a great location on the ground floor with an easy walk to the beach.
