  When the moon hits your eye, like a big pizza pie, its amore! That song describes our vacation. The first night staying here there was a full moon. We were sitting on the veranda and actually saw the moon rising into the ocean. Our daughter and her husband live in Switzerland and had stayed in this unit last year and recommended that we meet her and her husband there for their holiday. We had the most wonderful time going to the free concerts, laying on the beach, walking and riding our bikes on the beautiful 5 mile boardwalk, going out in the mornings for bloody mary's and enjoying all of the restaurants. The owner is a chef so when we did eat at home we had more than the normal luxuries. Hollywood Beach reminds us of old Florida which we just love. This unit has been totally renovated and his definitely beach chic. It is obviously professionally decorated because every single piece of furniture, art piece, or accessory is placed with such care. We are so glad we stayed here and hope to return again next year. We didn't feel as though we were vacationing in a hotel room but in a beach home that is obviously loved by its owners. Like I said, it is amore!

  After renting this unit for the month of February I can't say enough good things about it. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. It's location, with convenient parking, and directly on the broad-walk/beach leaves nothing but relaxing in store. The owners, Brenda and Jake have provided everything you need from a great kitchen, beach gear, games, towels you don't need to bring anything extra. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the patio is a great spot to unwind. There is NO doubt I'd stay there again. So if you're looking for a place that makes you feel like a friend versus a customer, this is the place for you.

  My family stayed at the Sandpiper over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Located directly on the beach, you wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the surf. Perfect for sitting on the patio with your morning coffee, taking in the ocean view, or just people watching on the Broadwalk. Brenda and Jake are very accommodating hosts.   We rented this condo for 6 nights. It is everything the listing says, and more. The kitchen was very well equiped. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The living room has nice seating so you can be comfortable when you lounge after a long day at the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkle equipment so we didn't have to bring our own. The location could not be beat. It was in easy walking distance to restaurants and the Hollywood Beach stage. Brenda was there to greet us when we arrived. She was a pleasure to deal with. We will keep this unit on our list to rent again.

  Our family had a wonderful time in Florida and that had so much to do with the wonderful homeowner of the property we rented. Brenda, thank you for making our experience a wonderful one. I can not wait to be able to come back and rent again from you. We were so satisfied with the condo and my daughter was so pleased with her graduation trip. The condo was very clean and wonderfully located to the beach. During the day, we did site seeing, in the evening we swam in the ocean, and during the night we walked along the board walk. Again, thank you Brenda.

  Loved our stay. Very cute and CLEAN. Everything you could want or need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Fully equipped (even games). Great TV's, internet, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Very quiet. Sort of in the center of the 2 mile boardwalk. Easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants on the boardwalk. Bike rental place right next door. FABULOUS beach. We would return and stay here again.

  My husband and I rented this property for one week. The owner was amazing to work with and absolutely goes out of her way to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The unit is exactly as described, completely remodeled! the kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the comforts of home to cook and enjoy your stay if that's what your choice is. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the entire unit was spotless and fully stocked with everything and more that you could possible need for your stay. The location is perfect, right on the Hollywood boardwalk. You can walk to restaurants or bars, or local stores or hotels. We were so pleasantly surprised! I cannot say enough about how sweet and accommodating Brenda is. We will be back for sure and absolutely love this place! We can't wait to come back!

  My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer but it was previously rented. This is a very nice unit, newly remodeled, decorated and well equipped with everything you may need for your vacation. The owners were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed.

  My wife and I rented this apartment for the Month of February. We were the first to rent it since a complete renovation by the new owners. It has a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor which is all tiled. There 2 bed rooms and bath room are on the second floor which is all hard wood. The unit has a reserved parking spot right next to the front door and there is a coin operated washer and dryer just out the back door. It is just steps from the beach and the Broadwalk where there are many restaurants, bar & grilles, and shops within just a few minutes walk. The owners were gracious hosts and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
