We've been going to "the cape" for 10 years. By far the best condo we've stayed in! Very private beach with an awesome view. Great sunsets, evening bonfires, great fishing and awesome shelling! The condo had everything we could possible need for a week of absolute relaxation! Really enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom for morning coffee and of course the evening star show! If you are looking for a really nice condo on one of the best beaches... this is it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I have stayed in this unit 3X over the last couple of years. We love how close it is to the beach. It is so peaceful there and I hope we can experiance the joy of the manatee for years to come.

Great private end unit is directly on the beach. Romantic upper balcony off the master bedroom is lit by millions of stars. Lower balcony provides shade and a constant breeze with a million dollar view. Keep an eye out for the turtles and daulphins. Can't wait to get back there

We had a wonderful trip tp Cape San Blas and "Manatee" in late July 2004. We enjoyed the trip immensely as it was quite relaxing and rejuvenating. The accomadations were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the great location on the beach. Everything was as advertised and we were very satisfied. We will visit again.
