  On arrival Unit wasn't ready, owner claimed he needed to clean it after last guests had left, he claimed he needed to change couch and also have a internet modem cable changed. He put us up in another unit owned by a friend on 4th floor of the same resort for the time being. We were moved to our unit on March 4th. Upon arriving in our unit we noticed that the Couch, which owner had said was being changed was the same one as in the listing image, it obviously had not been changed or cleaned for that matter. Also There was no modem cable installed since there was no cable access installed in the unit. Unit was advertised as having WiFi available, it was not. Owner spent 3 days cleaning/washing unit, obviously he forgot to rinse bathtub because after taking a shower that evening I awoke with blisters on both soles of my feet, a visit to walk in clinic confirmed that I had suffered chemical burns to both feet. . The unit is located on first floor next to an elevator. It being Spring break, the noise by the spring breakers was as though they were right in our unit. Yelling, screaming just absolute mayhem for the majority of the month of March. Even though the condo management attempted to keep the noise to a minimum by having security guards at the elevators, it only lessened the noise didn't end it at all. Owner offered to reimburse us for unused days if we wanted to move elsewhere because of noise, no wifi and not being truthful about couch and amount of noise, unfortunately we could not find anything that was reasonably priced and away from the spring breakers. I'm still looking into the possibility of requesting a partial refund because of the problems as listed above. The owner was asked but obviously didn't respond to the request. We did get our deposit back though.

  Owner response: Renter complained repeatedly of the noise which is very common since its spring break. That is why he got a huge discounted price, I did not want to rent to “spring breakers”. Once I was notified (the day of the renters arrival) that the air conditioning unit, couch and some cleaning was needed I immediately dropped everything and drove hours to take care of the situation. I ordered a couch which did not arrive in a timely order, that could not be helped. I moved the renter to another unit so to accommodate for the inconvenience. I spent 3 days deep cleaning the condo and taking care of the air condition unit. Once all was complete I moved the renter back to the Unit. As for the wi/fi, all us Owners were told that wi/fi would be available for the whole Shore of Panama resort. Also the OWNER of Shores of Panama resort did not put an age limit to their renters, this was not something I could help. I offered the renter to find another place and would refund him the remainder time he had left, but SINCE it was Spring Break he could not find anything that was affordable or even close to what I charged.

  Just spent the month of March at this property. The condo was just as pictures indicated. Property is well kept,personal were very pleasant.. The condo is located by the elevator and being on the ground floor is very convenient. We were there during Spring Break which was very noisy and busy ,the students took over the indoor pool and hot tub so if your looking for a quiet holiday don't go during this time. Management did their best to keep some everyone under control. Security near the elevators did try and keep the noise down after 10:00pm. All considered this is a great property.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners.

  My family and I enjoyed our quick fall getaway weekend here. The unit was just like the presentation pictures. The first floor unit and reserved parking space are very convenient. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very helpful. We would recommend this unit to our friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Many Thanks!

  I have stayed at Shores of Panama numerous times but I would rate this experience only fair. The room was located on the 1st floor next to the elevators and since the master bedroom is located at the front of the condo, I was continually kept awake at all hours of the night and early mornings. I wore earplugs but it still did not help with the loud noise and people talking and screaming. Liked the fact that the room was on the 1st level, the reserved parking spot was in a great location and the room being pet friendly is a big reason I booked there. Overall, just a fair experience this time around.

  Recommended for: Pet owners.

  Our stay at Shores of Panama was fabulous....and enjoyed our stay at 109 ....it's ideal for small group with pets ....it's on bottom floor with view of pool ...so no elevators except for extra parking (one reserved space so check in was great...just used code to get in ....pet area around the corner....we all enjoyed the pool and beach areas ....bar alittle expensive...always room at pool... the staff was very nice.... really enjoyed the pineapple willy bar with great bands with no driving... and walmart is right across the street ...what else could you ask for....will definitely be doing a girls weekend in the spring:)

  Everything was as expected. Room was clean and the online pictures are accurate. The first floor was awesome as well as the reserve parking.

  My family and I stayed here the first week of June 2012. The condo looks as it does in the pictures presented. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner of the condo was available via cell phone any time we had a question and was very helpful. The resort had plenty of things to do for kids. We even went to a movie night poolside while the staff made smores and popcorn. Lots of places to eat nearby and Walmart is within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo.

  This place is perfect for a small family or someone with dogs. It is steps away from the pool, front desk and dog walk. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets, a fan to cut down on noise and very soft, nice towels. The condo is decorated very tastefully and feels very comfortable and cozy. The property has lots of security and the pool area is kept immaculate. Great place!!

  Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo this past weekend. The pet walk was just afew feet from our room, which worked out great for the pets. Everything we needed was in the condo. And the weather was perfect!!!
