Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony watching the rising sun. Relax in your condo, have a refreshing swim in the pool, or set up your chairs for a day on a clean, beautiful beach where the ocean is calm and the slope is gentle. Need a drink refill or a snack? You can be back on the beach within minutes. A full range of restaurants are in Shallotte or Calabash, both just a 15 min. drive. In OIB, you will find a few restaurants on the mainland. Friday nights offer live beach music near the museum. The Pier offers a grill, arcade, and fishing. After dinner you can play a game of Putt-Putt or enjoy ice cream from the creamery. Return to your condo for a late night walk on the beach, a swim in the pool or sit and relax by the building's deck on the dunes. Then return to your private balcony for a late night coffee. This condo was renovated in 2011 and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully furnished, DW & microwave . Both BR have a standard king size bed. The main Ba has a tub/shower combo and the master BR has a small private Ba with a walk- in shower. Check-in Time is Sat. 3:00 PM and check-out, Sat. 11:00 AM.

I stayed here with my two teenage daughters fourth of July week-just loved it! The condo is lovely and location, location, location! Walk right to the beach! We hardly used the pool because of the private beach access. Perfect for a famly of three or four! Ocean isle is awesome and I would definately stay here again! Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The view was exceptionable and the strand was clean, not too crowded. We will definitely rent again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
