This is an adult oriented unit: 2 BR, 2 bath condo located on World Tour Golf course. This twenty-seven (27) hole course features GPS navigation with views and yardage from the cart to the pin. Each hole is designed after other famous holes from around the world. The complex is located on the inland side of the inter-coastal waterway, situated between two golf courses; River Oaks & World Tour. It is conveniently located to ALL major highways (13) minutes from airport), yet in a secluded setting. Second story unit w elevator. On site pool. Fully equipped kitchen. All linens included. Master BR has a swing King (2 extra long twins that lock together) master bath and balcony over looking one of the three 9th greens. Guest BR has 2 full size beds. All rooms have TV’s with DVD players. WiFi is available. fifteen (15) minutes to the beach, and major attractions (Broadway at The Beach).
This unit is ideal for adult golfers. No pets. Small children discouraged. Smoking on Balcony ONLY.
You can find other places for less, but not as nice.

Very spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. The condo had everything we needed. Great location for accessing popular golf courses. A short drive to dine, shopping, and 3 golf courses at your doorstep. Keith was great to deal with and very informative of the area. This condo was really nice for our eight night stay. It was furnished very well with one exception, there was no lighting in either of the bedrooms or living room. There were no table lamps at all in the entire unit and the overhead lights had night light bulbs in them. It was impossible to read or do anything other than watch tv after the sun set. With the addition of some table lamps this condo will be a wonderful place to stay. The layout of the unit could not have been better for our family of four. The condo is well maintained and the complex itself is nice and quiet.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
