Beautiful newer lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Full bathrooms are custom, one has a jacuzzi tub and seperate shower, the other has a 5 foot custom shower. Bedrooms offer privacy from the main living and dining rooms. All rooms except the bathrooms have excellent lake views. Private lakefront with dock and small sandy beach. Lake is only 50 feet from home. Kitchen with granite counter tops, fully applianced with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal and large side by side refrigerator. In the backyard which overlooks the lake, there is a commercial sized propane grill, firepit with seating stones and a flagstone patio. We know you will enjoy your stay!!!

Why the Owner Chose Lake Winnisquam:
We purchased our home two years ago. We were looking for a newer property on a larger lake with great views and one that was within an hour from our home in order to accomodate our kids busy schedules. We love the time we spend at the lake and the kids love to fish, spend time at the sandbar which is right around the corner, jet ski and go tubing.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We truly enjoy the fantastic views all the way up the lake with the mountains in the background. You can hear the water washing up on the shore from inside the house. The house is also walking distance to miniature golf and a small country store where you can grab lunch or an ice cream. In addition, the house is located only five miles from the Tanger Outlets in Tilton and near many restaurants.
