This very popular unit has been fully renovated and is located in the Sundowner complex on Marine Parade, just a short stroll from the beach and the shopping area in The Entrance. Set at the front of the complex on the first level, this unit offers beautiful views of the channel and ocean and easy access to the unit with very few stairs.
The rental property comes with a DVD player, video recorder and stereo in the lounge area. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The unit boasts ceiling fans in both the lounge and the main bedroom, security parking and a balcony with seating to enjoy the view.
The Entrance flat sleeps five, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a tri bunk in the second bedroom. Please be aware that linen is not included and that we ask for a $500 bond when renting this apartment.
