Our stay in this condo was lovely. The condo was nicely furnished, very spacious, newly renovated, and the back deck was huge! I would recommend this unit to anyone who would like a clean, spacious place to stay in Dewey Beach. Great location, too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This tops my list of one of the best places Ive ever stayed. It was very clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. It is a great location very close to beach,downtown Rehoboth, and Dewey. The outdoor space is phenomenal, the deck is HUGE!! We absolutely loved our 7 night stay and are planning on staying again next summer. The price was very reasonable for the wonderful unit and location. Working with the owners was great they were quick to respond and were so pleasant !!Did you find this review helpful? The place was very nice. It is one of the most modern places I've stayed at Dewey and I've stayed quite a few places over the years. I would definitely recommend this place. The only caveat is that it's about a 10 minute walk to the main part of Dewey. I made it every day and didn't have an issue but it's just something to keep in mind or be prepared for. That's what the rikshaws are for at night tho, right? Great place and would stay there again! Definitely a great spot for trying to stay away from hustle of downtown but close enough to where you could enjoy a night if you wanted to.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
