Our home is located in one of Destin's most exquisite and sought after luxury beachfront developments.
Just imagine... sitting back on the patio enjoying your morning coffee (or afternoon cocktails) in the ambiance of a lush tropical setting listening to the calming sounds of the lighted fountains spraying in the lake as the ducks, geese, and blue heron stop by to wish you a warm welcome! As the day progresses, you leisurely stroll down to 675' of pristine private beach, feeling the sugary white sand between your toes and admiring the breathtaking emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as you watch the dolphins jump and play. All of this located just about 200 yards from our home! We must warn you, you will think you've died and gone to heaven!
Our "home-away-from-home" offers all of the comforts you could ever wish for such as... WI-FI wireless internet, TWO master suites, with 2 level private balconies, suited for the kings and queens of the bunch, luxury linens, leather recliners, new and colorful decor, an all-white well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, 2 full-size refrigerators (one for beverages), intercom and sound system throughout the house, gas log fireplace, central heating and air-conditioning, over-sized cable TVs, VCRs, DVD's, full-size washer/dryer in separate laundry room, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, pack-n-play (please bring your own crib sheet & blanket), booster seat, baby monitor, just to name a few.
Outside you will enjoy our private pool centered among lush colorful landscaping, outdoor dining alcove, outdoor shower, waterfront fire-pit, ping-pong table, oversized deck and patio with an abundance of seating and lounge chairs, all of this with unbelievable views from the balcony, deck, and pool areas.
Our beautiful 4BR-4BA home offers the following sleeping accommodations: Each master suite has king-size beds with oversized closets, private baths (one with separate shower and whirlpool tub). The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and bunk bed with twin-size on top and full-size on the bottom along with an oversized closet. The fourth bedroom has two twin-sized beds and oversized closet. All bedrooms have oversized TV/DVD/VCR's, and luxury linens. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and two roll-away beds located upstairs.
All luxury linens, kitchen, and bath towels are provided.
Our home is located right in the heart of Destin within walking distance to... Destin's most popular restaurants, Destin Harbor, Destin Commons, and more than 75 exquisite shops. We are also just minutes from Destin's ever-popular Silver Sands Outlet Mall with more than 60 alluring shops to tempt you. We are right across the street from Big Kahuna Water Park, and within half a mile of Destin's popular family theme parks, including The Track.

If you are looking for a great home for your next family vacation, you have struck gold! This four bedroom home includes two master suites, each with a king-size bed and private bath. Each of the suites has a balcony that overlooks the lake and pool below. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting outside and relishing the sights and sounds of the lake with its lighted water features. The other two rooms have twin beds or bunks for the kiddos. Upon entering the main living area, you will discover an open layout that is great for spending time with the family. This home is tastefully decorated with cheery beach décor and furniture. There are two sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck with lounge chairs and your private lakefront pool. In the attached garage you will find adult and kids bikes available for your use, along with a variety of beach and pool toys.
Just a few yards from your front door is a boardwalk that goes across the lake to the private beach reserved exclusively for “Dunes of Destin” residents. While others staying at nearby condo resorts are fighting for a spot on a crowded beach, you will have your choice of spacious oceanfront relaxation with personal beach chairs and umbrellas.
Destin is known for its family friendly atmosphere and activities. Located across the street from Dunes of Destin is the Big Kahuna’s Water Park, miniature golf, bumper cars, and go-carts. There are also many restaurant selections and plenty of shopping for everyone.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Clean comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this house. Whether you are out by the pool, sitting near the lake or a short walk to the beach you can’t go wrong. Our family consisting of mom dad, 4 children and 4 grand children were very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Can’t wait to go back

We spent a week at Lily Pad by the Sea and could not have had a better experience. We were in a big group with kids from 9-22 and they all stayed busy. The location to the beach is actually not as far as I thought it would be - a short five minute stroll. The pool was a nice way to cap off the day after a full day at the beach while we were grilling dinner. The home was well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of sleeping room for all. Would love to go back!

My family and I stayed here for a week in mid-October, and we couldn't have asked for better accomodations or a more perfect vacation. This home is very spacious with beautiful decor in an excellent location. We were able to sit out by the pool, take a very nice short stroll to the beach or BBQ out back. When we stayed inside, we were met with luxurious comfort and room for all to relax or play. The house was very clean which was a must for my ill daughter. There was not a single feature missing, and we truly felt like we were at home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Lily Pad by the Sea and enjoyed these accomodations so much. There was plenty of space for our large family and even though I was initially worried that the property was not directly ocean-front, it actually worked out better being a short stroll to the beach (as we felt that this offered a quieter and more private retreat)!
