A true luxury beach house just feet away from the amazing white sandy beach. Over 3818 square feet and ideally located in Watersound Beach on the ocean side of Scenic 30a!
A golf cart is included FREE for your use around WaterSound!
Bliss By The Sea has a large shared pool (Dunesider Pool) just a few yards away from the house and captures the architectural style and relaxed atmosphere of the Caribbean.
This home is professionally decorated and most floors are stained Australian Cypress hardwood with area rugs. The bedrooms and porches feature ceiling fans.
Bliss By The Sea offers all the privacy guests are looking for and the convenience of a short 'boardwalk' stroll to the beach or the center of Watersound for lunch/activities. You'll be amazed at a view that one usually only dreams about! Plan your day around a gorgeous sunset and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sinks into the gulf.
The bedrooms are unique with high thread count cotton sheets, comforters or quilts. Each bedroom (except the bunkroom) features a private bath with glass tile floors, tub surrounds, and granite vanities. The master bath features a walk in shower with a rain head. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with beautiful crown molding and is perfect for entertaining.The room features a 55' plasma flat screen TV with surround sound and speakers located throughout the house including the bedrooms. There is a Blu-Ray player in the living room, carriage house, and in every bedroom for your complete entertainment pleasure. French doors open from the living/dining area out to the balcony w/ outdoor seating.
The Dining Room and Kitchen are sure to please even the most discriminating cook. The fully stocked kitchen features a 6 burner WOLFE gas cooktop with a 42' range and vent hood. The stainless Sub Zero refrigerator, microwave and separate wine cooler not only makes this kitchen functional but beautiful as well. There is an island for casual dining, along with a wine cooler and butlers pantry. The kitchen showcases beautiful Waterworks fixtures that complete the look.
This home boasts of amazing views from both the main level and the 3rd floor Cupola. This level has 4 twin beds and an amazing view of the gulf that any vacationer will find breathtaking.
The carriage house is a one bedroom/one bath home attached to the main house, with approximatly 500 square feet of space. The bathroom has a granite counter and the living area has an apartment size sleeper sofa and an over stuffed chair. The kitchen features stainless appliances including a dishdrawer and small refrigerator. A great escape from the hustle of the main house!
Enjoy the 'private' outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. There is also a large stainless outdoor gas grill for those special summer meals.
When you tire of the beach, the new 36-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course is located just over a mile away. Additionally, there are 5 other golf courses located within a 20 mile radius. You may also want to bike down the scenic 30a bike path which leads to the nearby coastal communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Seacrest and Grayton Beach, which feature many quaint shops and excellent award-winning restaurants.

We will not have a membership to the Watersound Beach Club therefore, guests will NOT have access to the club for the 2013 season. However, Bliss By The Sea is only one house away from the large Dunesider Pool.
There is a golf cart for your use around WaterSound.

This was the best place we've stayed at the beach. The house is huge and beautiful. It had everything we expected and then some. Best was having the dunes and beach right there. We had not stayed at Watersound, but it is a cut above other places. We loved it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is an absolute dream house with everything you could possible want! Beautiful, stylish decor, with an amazing kitchen. Unbelievable natural light thoughout. Views are spectatcular. The back door leads directly onto pedestrian boardwalk with the beach a short walk away. Watersound is quiet and private with 24-hour security. Being a mother of four young children I feel perfectly safe letting them ride their bikes, walk to the pool (very close to the house as well), etc. The house and amenities are an outstanding value (golf cart was a huge hit with the kids!). I am sitting on the balcony now admiring the views and listening to the ocean, can't believe we have to leave today! Would definitely recommend property, we will be coming back ourselves.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Vacationed in the area several times over the years, Watersound has many attractions and excellent restuarants. Enjoryed Friday evening at Red Bar eating best crab cakes and flounder. Went deep sea fishing and came home with enough snapper to feed eight people. Short walk to beach thru sand dunes, water was beautiful, plenty of beach to walk, run, play, and relax. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of room for eight of us. Well equipped kitchen with top of line appliances, my wife enjoyed cooking with Wolfe stove, Love the wood floors, couches and beds were comfortable, enjoyed the cool breezes on balcony outstide living room Would recommend the propertyRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
